Seen some amazing things. The irrigation was genius, the snake handling spectacular. The elephants impressive in more than one way. Love them. Thnxs for posting.

They look like cheetahs to me
I don't have a problem using animals for labor but in the case of those elephants I'm not sure it was done ethically. The log looked too heavy, the chains looked like they dug into the skin. Btw I both highly admire and feel for the lady who thought she had to engage in that extremely dangerous ritual with the snake.
One of the earlier expeditions by Denis, they came across some cheetahs and claimed cheetahs are not cats but stemmed from the dog family. In this video, at 3:50, they refer to the cheetahs as cats. I'm glad to see they learned that indeed the cheetahs are cats. LOL

Them leopards look like cheetahs
Back then there was no English word for "Cheetah" so the English man called all the spotted cats "leopard". In fact, the word "Cheetah" is adopted directly from Hindi , at that time there were Cheetah also found in India

Wish there was more on the enormous water wheel and irrigation engineering and less on the somewhat disturbing and lengthy elephant scenes. Snake woman should have a film on on her own, That was the largest cobra I've ever seen and it comes out when called? Bet the gong sound alerts the presense of the snake woman prior that absolutely amazing scene.
That's electrifying act by Burmese woman priestess ....
