The feeling of this video is so warm? Like the concept of making a Music Video with your memories and key points of said lyrics of the song just makes me
thank you so much Rox, that's exactly what I wanted to convey to everyone :3 thanks again for watching! and yeah i gotta ask her! She actually told me that she never watches videos that are over 10 mins, and I was bish! u better watch this one!! hahaha
thank you so much!!!!! I am a total sucker for the ~feels~ and I really loved how the ending made me feel, so I hoped others would feel the same way too. Glad to see that you enjoyed it!!
This is so cool Nathalie🔥Thank you so much for finding and using my song 'Take Us Back' 😊🙏🏻 I really like the way you incorporated all the music into the vlog and it was like a lyric video.
You know I've used them in previous vlogs, but I think people got to appreciate it more with the lyrics and that makes me really happy! :# thanks for watching bb!
I really loved the content of the video. Initially, I didn’t watch it because of the title in the thumbnail (I lived in Korea for five years and I’m not so interested in what I thought was a tourist perspective). However, it ended up being a much deeper dive than I thought and that was lovely to see! Keep up the good work!
I really really like all the songs in this video, they really touched me and the stage I'm in in life, and it does NOT happen often. Thank you for introducing to new and meaningful music 🎶 and of course the video itself is gorgeous and saved a few spots from it haha
I went to the same restaurant for Ddakgalbi cooked on stone and the food was indeed delicious! The staff was also super nice and agreed for us to order "kid" version which was non-spicy for my mom who does not like spicy food ! Glad you went there too~
Chica! First of all your editing skills are 👌It makes me want to go to Korea more than ever! You definitely hit locations I had on my itinerary. Thank you so much for the video. And I know your friend had a lot of fun, because we all sure did!
cute! sometimes it's nice to live like a tourist. i remember having hotteok for the first time when i visited nami island, I don't think I'll ever forget that😌💕
@@YOHOMEGIRL oh shit I totally missed your reply!! sorry for the late response lol, and apologies for this long ass comment… Kinji, like you mentioned, is great, and there are a ton of thrift shops/vintage shops nearby in the Amerikamura/Amemura area, and some of them have maps there show where some of the other big shops are!! Palstock at Orange St has a wide range of stuff and better prices. Rain is pricier but they do sales I think, and have some pretty rare stuff sometimes (and not just in a sneakerhead way, like an eclectic mix.) Fugs is a fairly to extremely pricey small shop (kind of hidden on the second floor, look out for their vaguely psychedelic sign) but they have some seriously special leather jackets and pants. They also have a smaller, tinier room up a ladder with much cheaper goods! Jams has lots of American Vintage, but I remember it being overpriced (been awhile though.) Grizzly was good, and they have multiple locations. Good Boyz, Asagi, Furugiya Samantha, LOVE&PEACE I’ve heard recommended as well, but haven’t been myself. A lot of shops are street fashion focused these days, so there’s lots of sneakerhead spots, but still some more eclectic places around! Also, two underrated options. #1: if you’re here on the 21st or 22nd, the flea market at Shittenoji Temple is amazing. There are some vintage clothing stalls, but also knick knacks and goodies galore. The prices are good, sometimes STUPID good. The okonomiyaki stand there is yummy and super cheap. I recommend going in the morning as people start to pack up between 3-4pm. I seriously love this flea market, and the temple that hosts it is quite beautiful too! Cute turtles. The vendors are always interesting people, definitely not the sort that you can meet easily otherwise. It’s always the 21st or 22nd, regardless of what day of the week those dates land on. There are other flea markets here, but that’s one of the biggest and most consistent! You could probably do a google search and find dates for some others if you aren’t here one of those dates. #2: 2nd Street. This is a chain second hand store and low-key has some amazing stuff, and some locations have vintage sections. This is where locals go to resell their clothes, so you get a real mix of stuff (while sometimes at more curated shops you end up with a ton of imported expensive American vintage.) Checking out multiple locations in different neighbors is a great idea if you have the time- the ones closer to wealthier neighborhoods (usually north Osaka, like in Toyonaka) will have fancier stuff, the ones in poorer areas will have older stuff (in my experience!) There is a location in Amemura as well, so you could hit that one on the same day as checking out the ones listed above. Also, apparently some Book Off Locations have good clothing selection, but I’ve never shopped there so I can’t speak to it. Re: Kyoto, I can only really recommend one place because I don’t know Kyoto so well, but Little Trip to Heaven Kyoto is amaaaazing. Not cheap, but not insane either. It’s inside of a shopping arcade with lots of other nice looking secondhand places as well! Finally, (back to Osaka now) there is also supposed to be great shopping in Nakazakicho (though I’ve only walked past shops so far) and some in Ogimachi as well. Both neighborhoods are nice to walk around in and have lots of cute cafes! Have a great time!!
I think im in the minority but the occasional lyrics on the screen + occasional voice over were a bit disorienting for me 😅 probably because I look more for accessibility rather than aesthetics. Fun video!
OH no worries Olivia!!! I wrote in the description that I was hoping it wasn't too distracting (though I knew that some ppl would and that's okay!), however, I also wanted people to watch it twice atleast to get the full feel of the video :3
Love how you filmed and edited this video, felt so cozy
She’s so good at it, I’m always amazed
thank you so much Julie!! That's what I exactly wanted :)

Yuus! Where at though? I've only gone to small shops that have run into by chance or kinji. (But i do like kinji in osaka way better than in tokyo)

Loved the way you filmed this video. Really beautiful and personal. Not a big fan of the lyrics though - I found it rather distracting!
Excellent content! You should research *promosm*!
