In this video I go through the process of swapping out a dying tube with a lot of burn in on an arcade monitor with a newer one. It includes the process of checking resistance on the yoke coils, removing and swapping the convergence rings and yoke between tubes, and assembling a monitor in a new frame. NOTE: I do not cover discharging a monitor in this video as I had already done that but it's certainly an important step and there are lots of videos on how to safely do that if you are working on CRT monitors such as these.
