Our stay at the Taj Fort Aguada Goa || Review of Taj

So the Mrs and I decided to take a impromptu trip to Goa post lockdown (unlock)
We drove from Mumbai to Goa in about 11 hours. This video shows you what Taj fort Aguada looks like from the inside - the lobby, the main entrance, the swimming pool, the garden, private access to the beach, access to the fort area.
There is an issue of condensation in the room and you must check that before you move into the room. The staff was courteous enough to upgrade us into a higher category room due to this issue.
You can use the facilities in Taj village or Taj Aguada - They have a complementary shuttle between both the hotels for you to use.

By far the best tour - actually clearly specifying all small details.
Can you please show us the cottages (Aguada Cottage). where is it actually and how far from the lobby/reception.

Sorry, can't shoe the video of the cottages now but the cottages had a Garden view and not very far from the main lobby. The sea facing rooms were on one side of the lobby and the garden facing were on the other side. Hardly a 5 min walk from main lobby.

@@harneetkaur1196 Sea View Cottage seems amazing, go for room number 407/408. It has a very clear view but the sea is kind of far it is on top, you need to walk all the way down from the hill (10min tiring walk) I had an infant to carry hahaha.
Not sure, of premium categories.
I went to Taj Village too, it has garden views mostly but the sea is very near (5 min walk). I had a BF and dinner there.

Thanks for this! Looking for a room category closest to the sea. Or at least the best sea view. Did you get a chance to go to the Taj Village too? How are rooms there? Is that close to the sea too?

Yes, went to Taj village for dinner but didn't get a chance to see the rooms. Note- Village has no sea facing rooms.

Hi, thanks for the Tour, I have booked for next Month. Few queries if you cud answer
1) I have booked All inclusive, so Can I choose any of the restaurant for breakfast/dinner/lunch or they have dedicated one for such bookings?
2) Any complimentary SPA treatment they are offering?
3) other than pool, any indoor/outdoor activities hotel offer?

1st and 2nd point the hotel will be in a better position to answer. Last point, they do have a pool table. Didn't see any other indoor activities while I was staying.

Hey, are the rooms on level 1 and the one with balcony both "sea view" rooms? What is the price difference for them?

So the rooms on level 1 are Sea view but you can't open the windows, whereas the ground floor rooms open up to the garden and have a small sit out as shown.
