When i listen to this track every time i think my mom....i lost her 2 years ago and listening to this track makes me feel that her soul rests somewhere in piece....i miss her so much....!!!!
I saw them in London at the Barbican and got to meet them after the show. I was surprised that I felt so shy and silly waiting in line to shake their hands and get their signatures. That I'll never forget. The music will live on.
It visible that you are first a climber, and then a tracer, your moves are very control and smooth. Thanks for sharing, I love this vid, added to my favorit
The effortlessness of both - the music by E.S.T. and the movements within and through the urban parcour - makes this beautiful to watch and listen to. Also, as you redefine space and time by showing this parcour, the music is paralleled, as this kind of Jazz reshapes time and space, or at least our experience of it. The cutting is great, wonderful shots, too, it left a very sensitive and photographically, calm impression. Thank you, keep it up!
This to me is one of the single best Parkour videos out there. Artistically it's superb, but also in the movement and in the mindset that it captures. You see focus, progression and challenge, as well as control and reaching for further. I remember watching this when it was first doing the rounds, and it still stands out from the crowd today.
It's basically one of the nicest and certainly most beautiful video ive ever seen. The music and the movements and just everything fits together so well. Really well done. Keep it up. I appreaciate the work. As English people would say: This is well good :D
I'm the guy doing the reverse precision at 4:20 - I gotta say I come back to this video every now and again and still love the flow, strength, accuracy and artistry that Eliot developed almost ten years ago now. How time flies. Interested to see new videos every time he puts one out. Pleasure to know you my friend. Best wishes!
Wow, just watched this for the first time. You're such an inspiration guy Elliot! I really enjoyed training with you while you were still in London. Thanks for putting me in your vid too (the jump looks even better backward).
@eightyeightdays AND this video will help the music live on. It meshed with the moods within the music perfectly. Now whenever I hear the music in my mind's eye I see this video. Just a sensational job of editing and the black and white choice is superb!
this is just art in its essence: the movement the stillness the music... the video is so calm and intense i got goose bumps in combination with that wonderful song. very inspiring and touching, keep it up my friend you are brilliant!
Today I felt in love with this song and this extraordinary video that I didn't know till to this moment. They fit perfectly together. I' m sad that Esbjörn Svensson couldn't have seen it because he died a few months later. But perhaps Dan Berglund and Magnus Õstrom had the possibility to see it. Great work! Thank you very much for your video! Stay healthy and happy!
4.25 when I realised that shot was played in reverse!!! Hahah amazing! That was so cool, I wanna train with you properly sometime. :) I liked how you're always going at your own pace doing your own thing in this video, strong feeling of individuality.. like, internalised concentration.
Beautiful, really beautiful, was so focused on every clip and loved it. Miss you elliot man, next time im in london il wonder what your doing up in finland :D All the best man, Peace
@eightyeightdays I don't know if it's really parkour, but I liked it. It's natural, it's expressive. That's full of life. I found this video when looking for EST, but now I'm interested in parkour. And I really like the 3:06~3:52 part. Thank you and congratulations. Hope that we can climb together some time.
Very very interesting. I like how you were able to train regardless of how many people where around or where you were. You don't mind what people think of you, that's a good trait to have.
Didn't know it was down, but youtube is a mystery with how things get banned or have the audio cut in some countries. All good here, thanks for stopping by! Might have to make a 10 year anniversary video next year, but who knows where I'll be and what I'll be doing then.
how is it possible you decide to put together EST and Parkour??? which mind can think something like that? I can't even say is brilliant, cause I can't find an adjective for this,,,, thanks...
sick video man, your bare strong lol i knew you were strong before but you d bare 'he man' stuff in this lol it may not be he man but it's a lot more than i could do :p hope to train with you again :D
It would be even more efficient just to walk. On the other hand, you are right, I just don't understand why anybody wears clothes at all, it's not economical. It would save a lot of energy to run around naked when the weather is nice.
When i listen to this track every time i think my mom....i lost her 2 years ago and listening to this track makes me feel that her soul rests somewhere in piece....i miss her so much....!!!!
after all these years I still come back to this video. how times have changed
still coming back to it
Hope youll come back again someday.

This is music as an artform in its most beutiful way, and the video is fitting in in a way, that I wouldnt have imagined it as I found this version
Once again: what a great artist we have lost with him. It´s just incredibly sad
You move beautifully, absolutely beautifully.

Instead of say that you did it with Movie Maker, i think you should put a link to that text you post on parkour . net
