excellent and compact tractors, i have the bx2380 and mine came with with industrial tires and changed mine to R4 tires like you have, i absolutely love these kubota compact tractors, purchased mine 2 years ago and absolutely no problems with mine. enjoy your new kubota my friend.
Congratulations on your new purchase best of luck with it! and thanks for letting me know to keep something on the rear to keep me stable on the ground I didn't know that really and have experienced many almost tip overs..
Nice ! The tire & wheel combination you got is larger than what comes on the 18hp model. The 23 and 26hp models are standard with the larger. 18hp models are standard with the smaller combination. Might upgrade myself to the larger ones my 1870 is still got the original small wheel & turf tires. Have a Blessed Day
Hi gidday. I just got a BX-1880 with a 54” mid mower. How is your 1880 going? I am considering the industrial tyres and wonder if you are still happy with yours. Many thanks from Auckland New Zealand
Bought mine in 2019 with same tires! No belly mower? I bought the Bro Tek skid plate rear one to protect fan. Had to slightly modify at the front so it didn’t pinch hoses. Kind of hard to attach mmm with it on. I’ve done it but makes it difficult to attach pto. It’s very heavy duty. I am probably going to get bxpanded one. Interested for a great price let me know. Had my loader hydraulic connector fixed twice. Been on and off about 3 times since last repair and hopefully it stays fixed. Heard there was a recall but no official notice! Hope you don’t have the same problem.
The HP doesn't effect your hydraulics either, the HP will effect your PTO HP, oh and ground speed a bit. Everything on the larger BX machines (2380/2680) can be done on the BX1880...as far as lift capacity of your loader/3point hitch...where you'll find a bit of an issue would be when running rear PTO implements where you only have about 13 PTO HP from the BX1880, 17 PTO HP from the BX2380/BX23S, and 19 PTO HP from the BX2680. For snow blower work, lawn mowing, that type of stuff that 1880 will more than suffice. I got the BX2680 because I knew I'd be running some rear PTO implements where the higher HP output would be wanted/needed. I don't have a mid mount mower yet, dealer never ordered it so I'm waiting to see how things go till spring and find out about ordering the 60" mid mount mower probably for next season as my lawn tractor is relatively new so I don't have to worry about not having a mower anyways, but want the mid mount mower to kind of compare the 2 and possibly do a few side jobs. I'm picking up a 5 foot rear grading blade and a 48" rotary cutter (brush hog) this season for sure. I've only had my BX2680 for 7 months, and have already put it through quite a few projects and haven't had any complaints about it. Its been in the shop hibernating since about the middle of November though as I don't have any use for it in the winter. I run a snow blower on my lawn tractor, so my BX just sits in the shop resting.
I am looking forward to seeing your mods. One thing to remember is use a fuel additive. Mr Ritter can tell you about that. Good luck with your channel.
Great vid. Beauty of a tractor. I’ve got an 1870 with turf tires. I want industrial tires but I am interested in the larger wheels and tires that the BX23 has. Is that what you put on or are they the 18 series industrial tires on the 1880 rims? I’ve been trying to find folks that upsized the rims and tires to see how it worked out with clearances etc. You know you have a tractor that doesn’t break! The darn things are unbelievably tough.
How much was the tractor/ attachments? Also, how was the buying experience? Did you know exactly what you wanted going into the dealer, or did they guide you on which one to buy?
Did this void your warranty? My dealer told me it would? I just took delivery today on the 1880 with bar tires and they are ripping my field apart. These are basically the 2380 tires and rim size on the 1880.

💥 Nice intro video for your channel! You’ll love that machine! Best of luck with TH-cam. 👍

Hope you enjoy your new tractor! I have a 2380. Best of luck with your channel as well!

Hello, yes I am very happy with the tires. Makes a big difference for traction on dirt. Also them are a-lot more durable!!

What size are those industrial tires ? Are they stock 16 front 24 rear ?

The attachments where around $5000 each CDN.
My dealer was excellent to deal with, I knew I wanted a BX!
Where did you get those industrial tires? I like them and want to get my hands on them for my BX. Thanks in advance.
I got them from my Kubota dealer.
@@thetechnician9697 what size are they?
