In this episode, I take Brian VANtana from being a storage shed back to roadworthy... sort of. Last winter the transmission failed in negative 11 temps driving to help Dalton with the 4x4 van... Brian VANtana made it home in first gear, but the transmission was toast... Now he's back to get a transmission transplant and hopefully be back to doing long haul events and burnouts again!

Great to see Brian VANtana being worked on again but as Dalton pointed out that light strobes. It wrecks the video quality had to skip over a lot of it

Exhaust leak?
It does have an exhaust leak... it's kind of leaking out of everything...
Haha. I heard it and was wondering if it leaking or is it just the audio that sounds off.
@@johnnymack8442 But it also has two little engine to transmission braces that we should've removed but didnt and they're tapping against the plastic inspection cover.
@@BuffsGarage that was my next guess. Something rubbing on the inspection cover .
Please put wiper blades on the van. I can see doing dumb stuff to prove a point when you are the only one who has to take the consequences but when you endanger others it’s not cool. If you can’t see what’s going on in a rain storm you could run into or over something and cause an injury to a bystander.
I recognize your concern and of course would pull over until the storm cleared.. but I address this in the video that maybe it’s time..
Umm pretty sure he's well aware of this . If it bothers you so much, why don't ya buy the man some wind shield wipers ?

Since Brian Vantanna doesn’t belong to me, I’m not responsible for his upkeep. I am considering a shirt from the merch department because I do like the design and font. If the money goes towards wipers that’s fine. But my point is that wipers are a safety issue. I know Buff would do the responsible thing if he was caught out in a rain storm and pull over but replacing the wipers is the simplest solution.
