Congrats to you guys for getting your EP mastered at that legendary place, I really need to visit Abbey Road. One of the greatest studios in music history!! :)
There is a lot of Dave knowing exactly what he is talking about whilst Bea cocks about in this video...makes me chuckle...nice work boys. Got my pre-order vinyl, CD, Tshirt combo in already...can't wait! Also...any chance of a gig in Zurich??
Just got an email saying the signed vinyls and cds have been pushed back to January 20th or so, of 2017 by the label. What a bummer, but I guess it's a good thing to have something to look forward to.
Awesome job guys! Any chance of a "Too weak 2.0", like you guys did with "Aeromancy"? I'd love to hear that song with the new Rob vocals, his technique was seriously improved! (Sorry for the bad english, i'm brazilian)
Richard Harrold I will reply on behalf of Dave, he is not an advocate of drug abuse. I'm pretty sure he would be offended if you were to assume he is a user of such substances
***** I assumed it was tobacco! Aside from that - is there any chance of an Andertons Gibson Lucille review? I've asked everyone at various times, as have several other people! Such a great but overlooked guitar!
Hey guys ! I was wondering. What is the point printing digital recorded music on a vinyl ? (Other than the fact that it's a cool object). Because the vinyl won't recreate the audio information you lose when recording digitally. Technically it's even a worse support than CDs if you consider the dynamic range (even though for your type of music dynamic range is not really an issue). I might be wrong, tell me if I am, if I can learn something I'd be happy. Great music anyways ! Cheers :)
You may like vinyl, even prefer it, and that's ok. I like and prefer the frequency range and signal to noise ratio of CD. But sure, if the master is crap, the CD will sound like crap. Same with vinyl. And if I'm honest, give me a 320kbps mp3 and I'll be happy.
Analogue =/= lossles. Imagine speaking in a loud, crowded room. Some of your words will be lost, due to noise. The capacity of your channel is always determined by your noise floor.Vinyls have noise due to chaos in the forming and playback processes. Please don't perpetuate this myth (ESPECIALLY when you are mastering from FLAC!!).
6:15 awesome to see a He is legend shirt across the pond, killer band from my home state.

This is INCREDIBLE wow . I am a big Beatles person I don't know what to say .... thanks .
"replacement sounds"
turns out it's the actual album
I wonder who it is? Sounds a bit like Gyps'n'Progress, who are an insanely good gypsy-jazz-guitar trio.
"Everyone but Ben" a good name for a song.
Am I the only one who goes "DAVE." in my head every time somebody says Dave's name...?
This is so interesting, thanks chaps !..... By the way, that building 3:26 has a swimming pool in the basement - St Johns Wood Baby yeah !!
Awesome! The gear! The mastering engineer was a cool guy.

Bea: So what's gonna be the difference in sound on vinyl?
Dave: *parks car and explains the whole procedure.
Dave!
Now will you be cutting a phonograph cylinder or and 8 track? Maybe a cassette? 😌
Actually, cassettes are making a bit of a comeback too! Not as big as vinyl, though.
***** I noticed. Some people just wanna punish themselves.
Rabea should've asked the question "Who let the dogs out?!". 😂😂👌🏻👌🏻
Dave a clever boy

Dave would be a great uncle

Love that vignetting, Bea. Change your lens maybe?
DAVE! Stop smoking, especially when you drive! Bad for you, bad for the environment, bad for air quality, bad for your car control! Pack it in! =P
