Peace be upon you (in Arabic: Assalamu Alakom) That’s wonderful to see the amount of effort put in this video, but still some of the mentioned points are either completely wrong or partially wrong, now I am going into a debate here, but the only source of haram and halal is the Quran only not hadeeth, since the hadeeth was written after death of profit by 180 years or so. It is not authenticated, although it is presumed as one. The haram as mentioned in Quran is exactly the same as Christianity, not less and not more!! Adding to that haram has levels, which contradicts the meaning mentioned in the video by yourself, there is permanent haram like fornication and adultery, and temporary haram like eating pork! It’s much better to put it in this way, as body needs to survive is temporary haram, but mental desires are permanent haram. Honest Question about Ramadan: How can it be considered fasting if its overeating at night and when most people sleep and rest during the day ? It’s simply just changing the time of day we are eating and drinking. Fasting is the abstinence from Physical gratification (usually food and drink for long periods) but in this case the food gratification is happening at night instead of during the day. I know in the middle east and in Muslim majority countries shops and business are closed or close really early for a month and the prices of every day essential items are jacked up.
Brother, u can fast proper way and be an example for others to follow. Those who overeat at night n sleep during day are not going against the law, just as u wouldnt by not allowing a traveller to stay with u, or refusing to donate to charity.
When break fasting, do not over eating. And do more "ibadah" like prayer, read quran, zikir, sedeqah (giving to those in need) and all kindness. The ibadah n kindness should be double, tripple. The eating (during break fast) and also during sahur ( before dawn) should be lesser. That the true thing about fasting.

That’s wonderful to see the amount of effort put in this video, but still some of the mentioned points are either completely wrong or partially wrong, now I am going into a debate here, but the only source of haram and halal is the Quran only not hadeeth, since the hadeeth was written after death of profit by 180 years or so. It is not authenticated, although it is presumed as one.
The haram as mentioned in Quran is exactly the same as Christianity, not less and not more!! Adding to that haram has levels, which contradicts the meaning mentioned in the video by yourself, there is permanent haram like fornication and adultery, and temporary haram like eating pork! It’s much better to put it in this way, as body needs to survive is temporary haram, but mental desires are permanent haram.
Unfortunately the majority of muslims don’t read enough to understand their own book, and that’s why there is extremists who claim that they are true followers of Islam where actually they are following books written by people who are from different era !!

Honest Question about Ramadan: How can it be considered fasting if its overeating at night and when most people sleep and rest during the day ?
It’s simply just changing the time of day we are eating and drinking. Fasting is the abstinence from Physical gratification (usually food and drink for long periods) but in this case the food gratification is happening at night instead of during the day.
I know in the middle east and in Muslim majority countries shops and business are closed or close really early for a month and the prices of every day essential items are jacked up.
Brother, u can fast proper way and be an example for others to follow. Those who overeat at night n sleep during day are not going against the law, just as u wouldnt by not allowing a traveller to stay with u, or refusing to donate to charity.
When break fasting, do not over eating. And do more "ibadah" like prayer, read quran, zikir, sedeqah (giving to those in need) and all kindness. The ibadah n kindness should be double, tripple. The eating (during break fast) and also during sahur ( before dawn) should be lesser. That the true thing about fasting.
I walk 3 miles every day and keep doing it during Ramadan 🙂
