Hi. You can get these from us. we have our own production. Soon it will be available on our website in swords section. Fencersguild.com Parraten Schwert, Parade Schwerdt - Parade sword, training sword. One of few real historical names for a training swords. FEDER did not exist as a name for a training sword :) Or at least there is no evidence of such word in terms of historical manuals and material culture in Europe.
First Montantero of Frankfurt here. I like what i see, its high lvl bloßfechten standard. but would be more funny to see some direct fiore action without zufechten. Im not into Meyer and all this flying sword stuff isnt for me in a 1v1. When i fly with a sword i use my greatsword. And then....... i fight half of the hall in the same time. :3 Cheers
Hi! Thanks for your nice comment. We apretiate it! You ve got a importatnt point. Why most of the HEMA fencers do not start from safe distance? Why most of tournaments and fights starts from middle distance, from where you would never start your real combat? Is it because the instructions of the old master are described mainly from middle distance? Perhaps. but the question is, would Fiore start his combat from that distance? Or is he describing what your should do, when you come in there? What do you think? Looking forward to read your opinion. cheers.
@@fencersguild-guildamgladia2485 what i think is: Fiore is the most defensive form of the 3 Masters in general. He waits till the first attack comes in, he riposte that or goes into ringen and thats it. when it works the fight goes only 3 sec. basically fiore likes the narrow play more. but he use also the wide play, soo hard to say. Meyer starts always from the wide play or ''weite Mensur'' because zufechten is one of the main parts in Meyers system. nothing wrong with that. I guess he is the most aggressiv form, because your sword never stand still. Liechte is between them both, so i think he starts more in the middle position and is a mix between both doctrins. Overall i guess its like always. You look what awaits you and you choose your options to counter what your enemy/partner is doing. Thats why i use a mix from Fiore and Liechte in my Fightstyle. When i fight with a Longsword....... what i rarely do in these time because greatswords are so much more effectiv in combat :D
@@thebigspook we are traditional historical european martial art society. What HEMA aproval do you mean? Modern tournaments? They have their modern conditions. Yes, no connection to HEMA at all. What we do is an authentic discipline Blossfechten Gang. So, what HEMA aproval? Who would aprove us?🤣🤣🤣 join us at fencersguild.com and learn the art as it is preserved in the manuals written by true masters. As you can see, we suffer no injuries. What we do is safe. More than 15 years of our international existence is more than enough to aprove, that the art need no re-interpretation. You can fight in the same way like us. No aproval needed. Im still puzzled who d have to come and tell: hey guys I aproove what you do here😂😂😂😂. Who do you think s got such authority over our company and community? All our intructors have national level martial art trainer certificate. We are professionals, publishing books and running our clubs based on proper research with roots dating back to 60's. Historians, academics... Im afraid my dear friend, you have been fooled by some modern fashion about what is and isnt HEMA. But do not get me wrong. I am happy for your feedback and I value your interest and energy. It means a lot. Take care! Best regards
It's impressive nonetheless. The dedication and discipline. I don't think many clubs would be able to organise something like this without it being a disaster
@@ballisticsquid Thanks for nice words. honestly our existence shows otherwise. In our realm of about 17 clubs, more than 200 people, we do not suffer any burden of difficulty in dedication or hard training issues. The true outcome is, everybody can do the traditional way. Yes, training methods are different from modern concept of long sword training, but it does not mean it is only for selected or priviledged people. We have students who are coming to practice only once a week. They are on the video too. And of course, you can walk the path of sword and dissolve in the knightly art, but thats not the condition. You can have a look at our website. If you ll like it, join the membership and start to walk the traditional way with us. Everybody s welcome. Thanks for watching and sharing.
@@fencersguild-guildamgladia2485 I'm surprised to read this. Really positive and very interesting, contrary to commonly held beliefs. I suppose the issue in the UK and probably a few other countries would be insurance for the club. However I wish you had a bit more publicity in the HEMA community. I have shared your work before on Facebook and it stirred a lot of passionate responses, some people in agreement but a lot of people strongly against your practice. It's very promising however if you are able practice and perform in this manner across 17 clubs and with members only participating only once a week. I was wondering how you developed such skill and control in so many members on an older video. Shows your club culture and supervision must be intuitive and attentive. Well done. I hope the HEMA community gives you more attention in the future.
Summer camp was a great experience

Where can I buy these beautiful Paratschwerter?
(I have no idea what paratschwert means in English)😅
