It’s most definitely viable. I know a couple people in that clan and they are all like 1.3s but most people don’t know how to counter. So they can run through people dropping 2-3.0s plus. One of the people I know was in that game and I promise you it works and is quite broken if they are actually good players to begin with

You gotta love the pvp sweat mentality. Any play style they like is fine but something that goes against them and makes them have to alter their play style is “cringe” or “toxic”.

Honestly, it works. Tried it out, if you use it like a wave you can have 300 HP + resist, and just advance on the enemy with all the spamming.
Ran into the cheaters this week too. The one I encounter were using adept autos and beaming at every range, I even tested by pretending to peek and the dude was firing everything so he defs was using some cheats.

Every time I see people play against the stasis titan team I wonder why nobody ever uses suppression grenades against them
That's like 5 seconds of suppression if you hit. Which is hard because of all the crystals in the way
Because one it's hard to actually get it to hit with all the crystal walls there are so good chance it'll bounce off a crystal but even if you suppress em, they still have the coverage of their crystals and the damage resist from their crystals. Vortex are just better to drag them away from their crystals and combo with witherhoard

I'm a controller player, I swapped to M&K out of curiosity and I was able to spin slide and snap about 15x easier since it's not all tied to a joystick.

I’m a 2.0 in trials and was a 4.0 for most part this season and I’m a controller player and have worked on perfecting my movement since I can remember and I’ve recently tried to go to pc and mnk and whilst I see the potential of how much better mnk is I can 100% confirm I can not play at the level I can play at on mnk that I can on controller, I miss click a lot and a lot of keys to press so I respect mnk users in a whole different light
You definitely need some time to get used too. However aside from the obvious PC benefits (free stability, free recoil ->meaning you can spec range for your weapons) once you master the movement (ex quick slides, fast turn speed), controller players just cant keep up with you.
Played Behemoth Boys last weekend. I hated it so much man.
This past weekend and then this week alone I’ve never faced more people cheating. I dont get how bungie doesn’t have people that review stats and are like oh wow this person went from .64 to 3.64 with 100% sniper accuracy. Other games people get banned mid match for blatantly cheating.
But I thought those lawsuits were supposed to work /s
That’s like asking “Why is Bungie using the same old ass engine/software they ran D1 with to run D2?”
The answer is, they don’t give a fuck as long as the guy who plays 3 hours a week TOTAL, is buying their pathetic reskinned content and buying crap from Eververse. 😂

I love hearing people on mnk saying that movement isn't as helpful in top tier play just after that first game with titans zipping round the map which you just don't see on console. The aim assist does not outplay movement like that.
Playing Behemoth solo isn't nearly as annoying as a 3 stack.
