How do trades work for the first round??

Any team that hasn't played yet can be freely traded. One their game kicks off then they are locked in that position for the round, whether that be on field or not. When we hit round the end of rd1 you will get 3 trades per round and 2 boosts which can be activated in separate rounds to give you a 4th trade for the round.

Whst if your captain is your lowest scorer, does your flex become your captain?

Pretty sure it is in the help section but i think it is that the captain's score is doubled but if that doubled score (played) is still the 12th then you don't get anyone else doubled
