This video is to help learn to use and sing the vocal register known as Flageolet singing. It is the highest vocal register before whistles. I hope you enjoy it.
It's probably my misunderstanding, but I took the title to imply you were going to help, teach, advise how to sing in that register. It's rather disappointing to find it was a, "We'll play some notes, you have to try to match them on your own", video. Folk can make attempts without needing to watch a video.
Keep in mind that flageolet is the thinnest and longest your vocal chords can be . It’s going to sound and feel VERY squeaky (like a whimpering puppy or guinea pig) . Very small mouth embouchure and don’t be loud ! Even the tiniest notes on pitch with NO CHEATING , will lead you RIGHT into your flageolet register ☺️

For sure.. since it's a very high register and she only demonstrated the lowest notes in each exercise :-/
It's supposed to sound tiny and quiet with relaxed larynx.
