Always fully charge before setup. Next you have to pair the app to the go kart, not the ninebot in device pairing, and go through the go kart tutorial. The speedo with pair with the little bluetooth toggle inside the battery pack. The speaker you'll need to pair with the app off, as it can only detect the speaker or the app, not both at once. After pairing you won't ever really need the app during free riding, everything will sync up when you turn the kart on. The headlight being off can save a lot of battery life. If you get stuck on the acceleration step of the tutorial, shut the app off. In device info, UNBIND the ninebot, and start over to pair it gokart.
