    Thnx for this video. Was thinking of changing the tires but was a bit unsure of how the rear would be. Now I see it's the easiest 😅

    I love ripping through my subdivision in this thing ❤
    I’m the only one with one so far and I’ve had it almost a year… hopefully Santa is good to others so we can play Mario Cart 😁
    Thanks for the great video and action clips and stay safe … always love to see helmets used 🙌😌
    At night, I use my Lumos with the turn signals and I have the indicator controller on the steering wheel … and an StVZO-grade headlight … along with accelerometer-based brake lights. Next mod is to install my Lupine SL A7 headlight which has a high and low beam

    I appreciate the effort you put in shooting and posting this video. Impressive...most impressive. I am looking forward to upcoming videos that are this detailed. It helps more than you know. Especially for those who own a segway gokart and for those considering buying one. This despite the negative reviews that the rubber on the rear tires are as thin as pennies. They seem to wear down faster than expected. I am aware there are many factors that can contribute to the wear. You stated in other comments that they lasted a year and a half before replacing because you cycled between 3 gokarts. Curious to know how thick the rubber is on the rear replacement tire. It is tough to tell when you panned between tires. A comparison shot, side by side from more than one POV. Could potentially enable others to see how the worn down tire compares to the new ones. Such as laying them on its side face down on the floor and take a shot directly from above. Rather than a seeing a close up of each tire. Or even stacked them from the thinnest to thickest. Ride safe and stay gold.

    • @BurntRubber
      @BurntRubber  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That would be a good comparison. The next time I swap tires I’ll do that. Thanks for watching and thanks for the support

    Where is the best place to buy these tires? How much use are you getting on the front and rear wheels before you needed to replace?

    • @BurntRubber
      @BurntRubber  ปีที่แล้ว

      I got them off eBay. I had the go karts for 1.5 years before needing to replace the tires. But, I also drive them very hard and drift every chance I get.

      lift up the cart and look underneath. there are scress holding the lip on. take those screws out, remove the lip, put the screws back in. however, keep in mind that when you put the screws back in they will come through the top.

    Its my dream to get a few of these too and race my wife and kid. How long do they last time wise if your race them around ? Like 30min? How often do you need to change all the tires?

    • @BurntRubber
      @BurntRubber  ปีที่แล้ว

      youre going to love it, its so much fun. they can last about 30-60 minutes racing around. they can also last longer if you are just cruising.

    If you don't have someone to help, use a basic wood clamp to squeeze the front tyre together to locate the bolts in the nuts - then tighten the bolts in a star pattern (eg tighten the opposite bolt in the circle to avoid loading-up one side of the plate) ... you can then use the wood clamp to smack yourself in the chin (haha - sorry buddy).

      @@BurntRubberdude I went thru the back tires in month. Once they start showing the holes is that the time to change em? I think I was overusing the E brake maybe. Cause the right tire is way worse lol. When you say they lasted a year I almost think I’m doing something wrong haha. And u can’t ride em when they start showing the holes then it vibrates. It’s very rough gravely asphalt in my hood. Maybe that’s it.

    • @BurntRubber

      i did not inflate them, there is enough air and the rubber is stiff enough. also, i didn't see a spot to inflate so i just assumed i does not need to be inflated.
