You missed the coolest point of the ferals, The rabbits name is Mixy which is short for myxomatosis which is a disease developed to kill all the rabbits in Australia.

I remember one of the weirdest episodes of round the twist that I watched was where, I think it was Pete, pees on a tree and becomes pregnant with the tree's baby.

I admit as a kid I didn’t kno mr squiggle was a marionette and the puppeteer above him was drawing the picture.... that’s a whole new level of talent right there
That's the reason the pictures were so often upside down. The guy drawing them was standing above and looking down at the blackboard.

Johnson and friends from 190 to 1995 came way before toy story (1995)
Australia also had Adventure Island 1967-1972 which features a man dressed as a woman on a children's tv show - decades before Mrs Doubtfire.
Adventure Island is the first show I remember stuff about as a kid! I was a huge fan of that show.

The girl from Tomorrow was a good show and there was one that I can’t remember the name, it was Australian and polish and was about being sucked into another dimension where the rulers wore armour of electricity.
