Love your attempts at realism. Too many people do not pay attention to the little details yet that makes a card so much better. You go from 'ok' to a 'wow' card. TFS
I don't change them till they start flaking that is not often. Some color I don't have a special sponge for it so I wash them after each use ready for another color but the color that I use lots I don't wash them just keep them ink at all time
