Matt, im 37 and had bad knees from years of abuse from highschool sports, was a lazy pos for a decade after that, then turned it all around. I highly highly suggest doing the excercises recommended by The Knees Over Toes Guy on TH-cam. Im 6' (and white af) and dunked a regulation hoop the first time ever when i was 35. I highly also recommend the barefoot sprinter. Your body has more potential left untapped. I promise. Also, we are not you tube, you are youtube. 😂 🤘
Matt, the one thing I get from your videos is your passion for the sport. It very easily shines through that you are invested in racing. You have the skill riding and the skill commenting on talent/lack of talent. Plus you are funny as fuck.
How is the knee after surgery? As far as keeping racing, you should do it as long as you enjoy it and do it on your terms. However, its probably wise to think about plan B, with racing being a side gig and or the avenue to plan B.
Do what makes most sense for you as long as you do that there is no going wrong brother. If you’re able to afford it and you’re not pinching 🤏🏼 Pennie’s I’d love to keep watching you.
@ I completely understand I’m 36 myself and gave up racing “weekend warrior” to start focusing on the finer things in life without struggling. Been around the sport since 99’ raced until 14’ graduated MMI in Orlando 08’ do what’s best for you buddy. Grownups will understand
A couple months ago i fractured my pelvis and messed up my back on my 83 yz125 and have been thinking about selling it and being done with mx. The other half of me still says Im not close to done but i havent signed the contract yet... Honestly my best riding wasent untill 29 or 30 and my dad still rides surprisingly fast at 67.
Not sure what's in your contract, but I'd love to see you back on the gates!!
The contract is ever changing 😂😂🤘🏻
