As someone who struggles with psychosis its so nice to see how well author has conveyed that feeling and most importantly not made it something beautiful or aesthetic, you genuinely feel fear and pain that Fatal is experiencing

Ok, let's have a real talk: We are aware that Fatal Error Sans is in the Anti-Void (A place where all time and space is gathered around, the rather opposite of the Void which is pure emptyness.), staying on a place that is a omniversal bridge between multiverses and alternate dimensions, being guided by W. D. Ghaster which has knowledge over the place and situation, however he is quite a neutral character since W. D. Ghaster only works on things for himself so he can execute or accomplish over something; Fatal Error Sans is now lost and desperate, furious and frustrated for never being able to heal it own wounds which are almost unfixable (Which start a paradox, a timeline outside a timeline, caging Fatal Error Sans in a box that actually doesn't exist but somehow exists.), Fatal Error Sans has become something worst than Error Sans; Error Sans took a piece of code of Fatal Error Sans making him permanently 'broken' unless he takes that piece back and return to itself, but at this point Fatal Error Sans has been severally traumatized and became a mad being lost in a anywhere space that is a blank page of confusion, shifting into dimensions left and right; Error Sans has created something worst than himself, something more broken, leading a chaotic path of confusion and madness. So in resume: Error Sans created a Sans that goes *sicko mode* on every other Sans he finds and kidnapping every Papyrus it finds either, even killing some of them. Fatal Error Sans hate other Sans because he trusts no one anymore but he can only see the image of Error Sans in every other Sans he finds, leading into a killing rampage.
That's my theory.

The voices and glitched text add so much to fatal error’s character and the way he can distort space. This also shows us his point of view. This is how he perceives the environment around him.

I notice that as time goes we keep getting more and more powerful and glitchy sanses as such we started with error whom is well just a normal error and he is a god but still not that powerful then we get fatal error whom is much stronger than normal error and is more glitchy along with more insane then after him we got Error404 whom is a multiversal god that is even stronger than fatal by a large amount and yet is not as glitchy unless he is to be pissed off along with he is so insane to the point that he is normal and some how has control but when someone brakes him then he will do things on a fatal error sans level and then finally we have Virus404 whom is even stronger than Error404 mostly because he is a virus and he is the most insane with only wanting to cause the most pain and suffering and chaos where ever he goes and simply has no remorse at all wile Error404 has some for very few but Virus404 could care less if people that are associated with him die and suffer therefor making him the most crazy and powerful of the glitches.

Ok. Here is my theory. Fatal error is gathering codes from other Sans’s and papyrus’s to create his own papyrus. I think he uses some alternate timelines where the original sans is fine while his codes are being taken away by fatal error without the original noticing. What do you think? Or is it still confusing?

I think mostly the same thing but I think that he’s making copy’s of the Sanses/papyruses and making it look like he just left and didn’t take them so they think it’s still just fine and won’t attract error or inks attention then tries to make a copy of his pap with their code but keeps messing something up and so is just endlessly killing real versions of timelines till there are none left
This is my theory.but he could just try to go to any chara or frisk-to reset? Fun Fact: Fatal error has the power to theoretically warp and erase all of the multiverse.
Bad part: He is mentally deranged, Voices torment him like error, He can't have a normal appearance or speak normally without glitches, No way Fatal_error can go back to being geno, He's stuck living as a mistake or glitch (is what glitchy boi said) that takes away code from other au's. Generally being a threat to au's or more like their sanses and Papyruses. Ah he's also insane for his brother since We, players killed his brother in his timeline./ Aftertale. lmao I'm still trying to figure out what's going on in this story but honestly i've pieced together a bit.
Geno was already in a broken state of mind after well he decided to use DT on himself and couldn't die blah blah blah, you can research Geno. What happens after though? Happens to be, much... more interesting.
Geno is confronted by error because error wants to erase "the faulty code." Now, geno, can't actually die, so when geno and error fight, Geno becomes fatal error. A more broken, more insane version of himself, able to use blood strings and see code.
Over the course of this series he tries to find HIS Papyrus, and by now we already know that isn't possible to get the old one back. The "voice" I think resembles Gaster, but also Flowey in a way, but in all honesty, I think that's just a part of Fatal's mind as well. A part of him telling him this is what he has to do, telling him its ok, telling him that it's not wrong because of how unfair life has been to him. I think "the voice" is well.... "not even real" as he puts it.
Fatal, searches AUs for codes, and Papyrus's to replace his brother. He doesn't see it that way because he thinks he's just finding him, but we as the audience know that isn't gonna happen.
Fatal Error is a very complex character driven into madness through his experiences both physically and mentally. He isn't able to see the world as it once was. And even when we do see a glimmer of hope for him in interactions where he talks to his victims, "the voice" reassures him that it's not Papyrus, and that he has to keep searching, and trying again and again. Now, with that being said, he's already taken out several characters throughout this and maybe even twice. There was the blue he hurt from error, there's the blue he kidnapped, Some version of fell and cross and probably many many MANY Papyrus's. The truth about Fatal's story is, there isn't a happy ending. It's likely he will keep searching, keep killing and the denial he finds in each failure will on only hurt him more. And because of his mental state, reason and truth will be disguised as lies, potential friends or acquaintances will become enemies and victims. And with each try, and each time that Fatal fails to realize that, more people will suffer... including Fatal. The only way to stop this cycle of violence is for Fatal himself to realize what he's doing. No one else.
Well that's just a general theory or idea about whats going on heh heh. I'm still not totally sure myself. But I suppose we shall see in the future! Fatal Error: Fatal Error is a version of Geno, Geno became like this when Error tried to erase him, but failed due to the fact that Geno is immortal. Hence the name, Fatal Error. What Fatal Error does is kill other sans and combining them in a effort to try make his Papyrus .

The creator of this comic really knows how to portray someone as messed up as Fatal Error. Especially the way he uses Code Sew. He knows the pain of losing a papyrus, so he tries to justify taking their code by making a copy, but still killing the copy. He doesn't want to cause any pain but he doesn't know any other way, and thanks to this Gaster/flowey hybrid??? He's basically being gaslit into killing, and that's super fucking morbid. That's probably why Fatal Error is my favorite sans.

Most times insanity in fiction is just portrayed as "ha ha ha i want to do random things because I'm crazy" but seeing the thought process behind his actions actually makes it more terrifying, because like real insane people fatal error does have a thought process its just so warped and misguided that it becomes insanity.
Right? It's incredible! I've never seen any other piece of media explore themes of madness and psychosis and portray "living glitched out of reality" like this. NOWHERE!! This is a beautiful work made real by a series of falling dominoes. Imagine, if Undertale wasn't made, then there wouldn't be no insane popularity and massiveness of the Undertale fandom, no weird explosion of aus and all that comes with a massive fandom, no multiverse made by fans, and without that this comic wouldn't have been made. This is truly one of a kind amalgamation of brilliant ideas (and executions of those ideas) stored in one massive, obscure, hard to get into and understand Undertale au lore-filled hole.

Fatal error is gathering codes from other Sans’s and papyrus’s to create his own papyrus. I think he uses some alternate timelines where the original sans is fine while his codes are being taken away by fatal error without the original noticing. Do you understand now?

well, basically, He wants to recreate his papyrus, to have him back. This obessession to get him back led him to go completely insane and now hes cloning other papyrus or the one with the role of papyrus, he brings them to that place of his, the flower place and kills them. then he takes their code and he tries to recreate his papyrus.
And that Gaster only makes things worse, he drove him to actually kill the original papyrus, and do this whole messed up plan.
also this is what I love most in this, you re mainly seeing this in his vision, very confusing. but if you take some time to understand you know what happens.

Even though I've watched all the parts, I am so lost with what's happening as this spiral of insanity just keeps going down. The one thing I understand is that I am scared for everyone encountering Fatal Error and he needs to STOP. .-.
from what i understood w d gaster helps error find geno then error atacks geno but all of a sudden geno has fatal error wich makes him fatal error sans and then has multiple visions wich makes him go nuts and he kills sans and papyruses to try to make his apyrus back while flowey gaster tortures him making him go even more insane and he copy pastes the aus before killing them thats just my theory

Wow this might be the darkest most insane version of Sans I've seen (I don't know every AU) since Dusttale it's so sad Fatals desperate attempts to bring back HIS Papyrus but the sad thing is we know he'll never be able to
The most horrible thing is him ripping parts of code from different AUs and trying to use them its so disturbing to think that a part of your code can be torn from you and still be you watching as something rips you away from the life you've had and killing you
