In Rockin' Kats, Willy the Kat's girl Jill is kidnapped no less than five times by the local crime boss, and, armed with little more than a "punch-gun", he sets out to rescue her.
This run was the winning submission to TASVideos' Dream Team Contest 4, and improves the old run by just over five minutes.
There is also a run of this game that completes the hidden Channel X ( tasvideos.org/3145M ).

Used to rent this game a lot as a kid. It got a minor write up in Nintendo Power, but the game was so much better than they said it was. Truly an 8-Bit Hidden Gem.

1) Could you purchase the (2) from the shop as it deal double damage to kill the bosses 2x as fast. 2) You haven't done the last part of the game the buldog suggested(where he stole your weapons and cash)

Nope, no cartoon. Original Atlus IP that they’ve not done anything with since this game.
