This house is a TARDIS. Both the house and the gardens are deceptively large. It's nicely screened from the road, and there's ample parking. The lounge is a bit dark but it opens to a wall of light in the kitchen/diner. All the bedrooms have plenty of natural light, though I was surprised that none has an ensuite. The extra half bath helps. The rear/side garden is beautifully landscaped.
This is beautiful, not much I would want to change except for some of the dark paint, I prefer lighter colours and the drive out the front could do with changing.
@@geraintdavies5195 You're correct about LP or oil being choices. Many UK homes without mains gas use oil. But heat pumps are improving, and they're now practical in weather colder than you experience in the UK. Yes, the house needs to be well insulated and at least double glazed, but nothing extraordinary, though a small backup LP heater wouldn't hurt. ;-)
What a beautiful property, immaculate.
Take my money, it is a stunning bungalow for the price, for me all that would need upgrading is the front drive via block paving.
Stunning property and garden....
Absolutely beautiful. I love the layout, and the garden. Very nice.
❤❤❤. It will sell fast

We even need to see inside cupboards
WoW 😊
Wish you would open the storage doors
All that work that has been done to it, and they have electric heating!!!!!
Possibly no gas available in that neighborhood. It might be a good candidate for a heat pump.
If there’s no mains gas, they could have had lpg, or oil. Heat pump would be no good unless it’s an ultra insulated bungalow.
