Flash is not my favourite player, its Jaedong. BUT his games are amazing to watch. The Flash vs. Jaedong and The finals really really entertaining. I mean the 2009 Jaedong vs Stork were good, but the games by flash are really really entertaining

Instead he could've analyse the game and really figured out what the two players were at particular times in the game. Gosh he's the most annoying background noise i've ever heard.

You need expansion, but due to the expensive costs of thee units and buildings, protoss need to hold out and batter down the enemy while building up their own army. Protoss can be used in rushes and such, but i think it just isn't built for it.
i have a question, is zerg "zergling rushing" illegal? used to be a huge broodwar player, and just starting to play again. the past few days ive been watching thee awesome videos, an djust was wondering if that is alloweed or not. i would assume it is not allowed but if not, what are the exact rules on that?
@39hajob lol yeah, they don't seem to understand how kal's drop was really ineffective. Kal was behind in economy 4 base flash to 3 base kal so he needed to do some economic dmg to even it a bit, but all he did was just buy a little time by destroying the armories, but lost 4 zealots and 2 expensive reavers, which imo wasn't a good strategic decision at that point of the game.
@YinYangTzu Eventually yes. More and more sc1 pros are starting to play sc2 as well as sc1. You will always see sc1 from the old school pros, but i think sc1 will eventually fade out as sc1 pros start to retire, and the newer pros will play sc2.

Until Flash got a bunch of goliaths, Flash's tanks were getting slaughtered by either his own mines via shuttle-dropped-zealots, or being taken out by shuttle-dropped zealots meleeing them to death (and drawing friendly fire from distant siege tanks). Hell, sufficient numbers of speed zealots will do the job if you're fast enough. Shuttle-Reaver tends to work if properly micro'd. Arbiters are really effective--you basically need Science Vessels EMP'ing them ahead of time to prevent them from either Recalling their army on top of your siege tanks, or casting Stasis on a bunch of your siege tanks (and letting the Protoss take out the tanks piecemeal). The large-area cloaking effect means that Terrans are heavily reliant on Science Vessels, staying near Missile Turrets constructed in the field, and ComSats (which are a finite resource). The thing about Siege Tanks is that they deal Friendly Fire damage when in siege mode, they're slow, they're highly vulnerable when switching modes, they can't attack nearby units when in siege mode, and they're rather fragile. Spider Mines can be--and often ARE--used AGAINST Terrans, since they also deal Friendly Fire damage. And Goliaths require Machine Shops to produce (as well as gas).
Why protoss havent use air units? may be im not underastand something, but he can use carriers - it will be nice for killing all these tanks. and carriers don`t afraid spider-mines
+Andy Litovsky Some protoss like to do builds with carriers in them but the thing is they are only super effective if they are a surprise and you don't die before they are ready to attack and defend. Terran can just scan your base and see you are going carriers and switch into a ton of goliath production and turrets. Any good Terrans are super good at fighting carriers with goliaths and possibly cloaked wraiths. If there was no scan it would be great and terrans would always be scared of carriers but they just scan every few minutes to see what the toss is doing and then switch into goliaths. They take FOREVER to build and get 8 interceptors. By the time you have 6 carriers Terran has like 30 or so goliaths anyway. Carrier builds ARE good though , depending on the map.
Yea these commentators are kinda bad. They dont fully understand the progame mechanics. Like the first game... They said Flash sets up turrets to ward off observers to make his mines more effective...??!? If they knew its to deter shuttle drops...
Goojila played better but protos is a big trash. Reavers don't work coz is expensive, slow and rarely hits enemys with shoots. So, you have all the hard work to put him on the enemy base for it do nothing...
I really like Tasteless and Artosis's casting @ GSL. In fact, I think HD and Husky can totally do a better job than these blokes. FAIL commentator choice.

I wish that reaver scarabs would always work properly. It pains me to see so many scarabs becoming duds. That could make a huge difference.
