      Just cut to the basket when ur teammate looks stuck, don’t cut when there’s a pick and roll happening or if it looks like ur teammate has an open drive. Basketball is all about spacing sometimes spotting up in the corner is the best thing to do. It’s honestly pretty confusing but it’s all about cutting when it’s available remember that. Especially if ur defender isn’t looking at you look to take advantage of that

    Another topic I’m sure there’s a video on but I didn’t t find it was defeating screens.
    When moving with the person you’re guarding always tuck your shoulder down and away from your blind side down and in words the direction whom you’re defending and lift your leg on your blind side expecting that a blind screen is there waiting for you. This allows you to move most of your body out of the contact zone and gets your leg over top of theirs (even if you don’t see it) and it’s basically a foul called on them every time if a foul is called, and most importantly you can keep up with who you’re guarding with little effort. Most of the time no one could ever have success with screens against me when I played ball.

    • @benas8860
      @benas8860 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Trying to stop middle is a good thing, because if your opponent tries to go middle he has every option possible. He can shoot, he can pass either direction and the help defense cannot come to help, because then it's a easy three. If you let your opponent go baseline (not middle) then the help defense can come from the corner (weak side) to help you. And the opponent can't pass where he wants to. I hope it helps.

    • @CoachFrikki
      @CoachFrikki  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    Come to Christ. He is real and loves you died on a cross to save us from our sins. Through Him we have eternal life with God the Father in Heaven. This is true. Hebrews 9:27 says, “People are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment.” Those without Christ will unfortunately die twice. Death is the judgement for our sin while life is a gift that we get through Christ. To receive eternal enjoyment with God after death accept Christ as Lord and saviour and repent. He wants you to come to Him and is willing to forgive you. Don’t let bad habitats continue to hurt you, evil is separating you from God. Pray to Him sincerely and He will hear you. Seek Him, He loves you. God Bless.
