I went to Always in Stitches this past Monday to buy some of the Very Terri Christmas fabric. I bought $60 dollars worth of fabric and selected a fat quarter because I was paying in cash, only to find out at the register that you terminated the free fat quarter if paying in cash. When and why did you terminate this program?
