Liked and subscribed. Pretty awesome how I came across this channel while looking at f10 videos, just to find someone who has all the same hobbies that I enjoy
Question: how are your sourcing your deals out there in Tucson? Probates? Mailers? Etc.
    Cheers from Boston

Thank you for the support! And that’s the whole theory to my channel, if I enjoy it. Someone else out there has to too.
We source our deals mostly through cold calls! We get agent referrals too. But I have a team of guys that call every morning from 9-12.

Very interesting, I have yet to hear of a pure cold call operation. Good for you. Any specific properties/owners targeted?

@@johnkyle2891 we also get a lot of referrals from real estate agents. We just build relationships with them and let them know to send us all their stuff that can’t sell to a traditional financings Buyer. But we called the typical lien lists and default list. But we call the divorce list, it’s public in az. We circle prospect around our other deals. We call certain neighborhoods that we have done deals in ect

Joni, the only good decision you've done is that you are a part of a team of investors. More heads think better together, and the risk of investing is reduced, especially because you're investing in the most expensive things (homes). I'm curious, how were you able to get the team together, to trust all with the money everyone invests, etc. It helps you a lot also that you have a partner, because living alone is so much more expensive.

      You’re clueless.

@@JonIbrahim Thanks for the insult. Do you always feel the need to insult those who you're aware are living a better life than you? I've only "worked" for money in my life for three months, and I'm 37 now. You can never buy time with money, and I only spent three months in my life to do something else than what I would enjoy doing. You can also convince yourself how you enjoy your job, etc. but if you had all the $ in the world what would you do now? Well, you know best the answer for that. I also skipped over 50% of classes starting from grade 2 so I can keep on living my life, and not waste it. No wonder I was given free tuition near the end for being superior than rest of the students. I was absent from classes for months and still knew more math than they did. Call me clueless again, fat idiot. You're the one who's clueless about diet, consuming food that raises your blood sugar to excessive levels. No wonder you need to sit every time you do simple things like washing a car.

@@David-ml5tm makes sense that you are as clueless as you are, you skipped too much school. Unfortunate!

@@JonIbrahim Most self-made billionaires not only skipped school, but choose to drop out. You think teachers would teach for the salary they're paid if they could generate 100x more $, and not deal with teenagers? The whole school system is purposely designed to teach you enough to pay the most taxes on the least income you can generate.

@@David-ml5tm most self made billionaires don’t spend their time trolling the internet and commenting on TH-cam. They also aren’t clueless. Let’s not compare you to a billionaire you don’t contain any of the traits let alone the money hahahahaha

Jon I love the content, been a minute too but I love diving in. What’s your plan for selecting the short term properties that would differ from your long term rental strategy?

    • @JonIbrahim
      @JonIbrahim  2 ปีที่แล้ว

Locations that support short term rental.

Too many also have a lot of trust in banks for their savings, which is a big mistake, because if people can take your $ they will. Look at Lebanon as a good example right now. In 2008 the government managed to bail out banks, but only because U.S was in a much better state then, and that won't be always possible.

    • @JonIbrahim

You should open your own bank buddy.

You also mentioned China with Taiwan, but I would worry more about the future in North America. If leaders indeed worked to improve the standard of living, you would be seeing home prices decreasing by 5% every year. People need homes to produce children and live, and as more become desperate, homeless, as well as more on social assistance (that won't be sufficient), expect in 40-50 years from now your life to be so much harder, as crime will be far worse, where you'll be on your own left to defend your home and family. The global conflicts (wars) and global warming on top, the best you can do is save enough $ so you live somewhere outside civilization. Finally, the covid virus is still mutating, which is another issue and how health care becomes so much more expensive, yea... good luck.
