Ingredients
50ml No.3 gin
1 Lemon
Top up with tonic water to taste
Method
Pour No.3 gin into a highball glass over ice cubes. Add a slice of lemon and stir. Top up with tonic water to taste.

Legit the first gin and tonic (fever tree gold) that I had with No. 3 was simply outstanding. I've had a lot of G&Ts but this was the best.
