5 years warranty of TPMS sensor starts from the date of manufacturing and not from the date of sale, need to look out that Dealers are not selling the old stocks as it is a practice with some J K Tyre Dealers also there is a 3 months grace warranty period from the date of manufacturing as well, hence we should allow maximum 3 months old stock to be sold by the dealer from the date of manufacturing of the sensors /also if you buy from Amazon the price will be more but company will provide 5 years warranty but little doubtfull as how to ensure Amazon is selling Sensors with latest manufacturing date prior it reaches to the buyer
