@@MrAmisto Wait is mixing stuff like this hard? I thought cover artists recorded each instrument separately and then later placed the tracks on top of each other in the order that they wanted (I don't know a lot about audio, so I'm sorry if my comment comes off as rude)
@@tanmaydeshpande2605 how each track is layered also matters. You wouldn't want one instrument to overpower another, or the vocals being mixed in too low. A fairly nuanced skill, like most things in life. (don't know much about it either haha....)

To keep up with the modern standard of highly polished audio each individual track would need to be processed in there own unique way to balance well with all the others and such. Effects like reverb, compression, EQ to name a few are usually applied to each instrument track and once you painstakingly get that right there is also levelling, panning, mastering and lots of room for error. The mix on this video is crazy IMO and even if she didn't mix it herself the RAW recordings she did must sound amazing for the mix to come out this sweet haha
I cannot imagine why you are not an international musical star. You can play any instrument, you sing beautifully and you are stunningly beautiful yourself. Most of the singers and bands we see on TV lack even a fraction of what you have to offer

If there's anything I learned from musicology and business classes so far, that's how much marketing is involved. Why do you think there are so many amazing musicians who never reach mainstream success? They don't have the marketing of things like record labels, connections in the industry, or simply can't handle the life of being famous. I certainly don't want to be famous, it sounds too stressful. But a lot of it is who you know. Someone already famous puts a good word in, then there you go.

I really like how when you do covers you don't hold yourself to a particular genre. While some songs turn out great that way your willingness to experiment with different kinds of instruments and sounds tends to enhance songs that other cover artists tend to make worse. Keep it up.

I really like how when you do covers you don't hold yourself to a particular genre. While some songs turn out great that way your willingness to experiment with different kinds of instruments and sounds tends to enhance songs that other cover artists tend to make worse. Keep it up.
