I really dont understand how Honda could engineer a motor like the K-series.. Ive even seen stock 800whp builds last. Its really incredible. I feel pathetic with my built and sleeved motor at 650, but I over-built mine on purpose so I could beat the crap out of it without worry. I have frank build too with built JDM Type R k20 head and it revs to 9k. I have an s2k and evo myself, and the awd K just takes the cake all day.

Devin now feels the joy I feel every day.. Been daily driving my AWD dc5 with 650whp now for almost 5 years.. The only difference is a have a built motor and PPG trans (dog 1-2, helical 3-6) and a built viscous. Super conservative and over-built and took me almost 6 years to build, but it was worth it. There is nothing better than a Honda for fun, Im telling you.

@@k20909 stronger materials and plates. Billet housing and components. No different from upgrading a torque converter. Goal is to have a stronger coupler that locks up properly when we want it to, and lasts under more power. AKD has a similar product to mine.
I like how you weren't afraid to completely send it in the 700 horse coupe but in the na you didn't even bang the limiter 😂 but foreal tho you could build an insane k swap for way less then what you have in half your cars so why not🤷🏻🤷🏻

My only remmaped ECU Evo 8 feels so much faster from the passenger's seat when my wife is driving... It's because when you drive you know what you are about to do and your body is prepared for the acceleration and shifts, but when you are a passenger you can't adjust yourself for what the driver is going to do. Pretty enjoyable actually to let someone else drive my car once in a while!
