One of the things that put me of Napoleonic games was the fussy detail in the troop units but this sounds like it avoids that. Love the entry options for units - better than the classic two long lines. Stay safe
I can't see a time I game with Napoleonic forces, but I do like the idea of the evolving battlefield. Something I would like to employ as a scenario element. You could use this for most periods. Thanks for this.

Hello, I‘m playing 2x2 Napoleonics also … but two questions came up. 1. Shooting into melees? I think it‘s allowed, because the charger is shot at during the charge! … ? 2. Multiple attackers? For me, it‘s still 1D6 each side plus all modifiers of all(!) bases involved! … ?

This scale is well suited for large scale 1:1 battles.
