Today I watched this movie in OTT. I am still searching words to express my feelings about everything in this movie. One thing stands out is cinematography. It is so refreshing to see Mammookka every time, and his attires in this movie are so pleasant, never caused any distraction. Supporting actors pulled off such a great contribution. And what to say about Mammookka... Oh man.. you can't take off your eyes from him. Keep watching, go back for few minutes and watch again. This is such an experience. I remember how he captured the screen in the Priest movie. This is no lesser than that. What a cinema ❤❤❤❤

I travelled 50 km from my home just to watch this movie because of my immense respect for Mammookka sir. I speak hindi and they didn't add English subtitles anywhere near me. And it was worth it! Absolutely gripping storyline from start to finish. Plus the BGM was terrific. That village scene after interval will give me goosebumps everytime. Love you Mammootty sir and hats off to all the rest of the cast and crew. ❤️🔥
Wow...Best movie of this year..I am from Karnataka but I loved this movie.. Language is not a big barrier as long as tis type of engaging movie comes.. Fantastic cinematography, screen play, story..Just wow
The captain of the ship - Director had a very clear vision which Mammookka’s company helped him to complete his vision. Very very well made movie. Technically brilliant.. music perfectly terrific.. and casting perfection.. performance amazing.. the whole squad.. they had a brilliant chemistry between them.. the antagonists simply superb.. Mamookka don’t know what to say about him.. he just gets better like wine.. someone with immense love and passion for the art he does.. truly exceptional… A legend.. Kannur Squad......ഇനി പോലീസ് സ്റ്റോറിയും രാജ്യം കടന്നുള്ള പ്രതിയെ പിടിക്കലും കഥകൾ വരുമ്പോൾ കമ്പയർ ചെയ്യാൻ തമിഴിലെ തീരനിലേക്ക് പോകേണ്ട ആവശ്യം ഇല്ല.. മലയാളത്തിൽ ഉണ്ട് , ഉണ്ടായി.. കണ്ണൂർ സ്ക്വാഡ്." ഒരു സിനിമ അതിൻ്റെ Genreനോട് 100% നീതി പുലർത്തി എത്രത്തോളം മികച്ച output തരണോ അതിൻ്റെ എല്ലാം കണ്ണൂർ സ്ക്വാഡ് തന്നിരിക്കുന്നു. Performance, Making, Music, Cinematography അങ്ങനെ എല്ലാ വശങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും Perfect.. to the last minutes ആണ്. വളരെ predictable ആയി പോയേക്കാവുന്ന ഒരു കഥയും പശ്ചാത്തലവും എത്ര ഗംഭീരമായി ആണ് ആദി മുതൽ അവസാനം വരെ ചെയ്തു വച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.. ഈ Genre വന്ന മറ്റു പല സിനിമകൾ ആയും സാമ്യം തോന്നും എന്ന് കരുതിയിടത്ത് നിന്ന് കണ്ണൂർ സ്ക്വാഡ് ഏറ്റവും പുതിയ സിനിമാ അനുഭവം ആണ് സമ്മാനിച്ചത്. യാതൊരു രീതിയിലുമുള്ള സ്ലോ പേസ് ആവട്ടെ ഇഴച്ചിൽ ആവട്ടെ എന്ന് വേണ്ട ഒരു Investigation Drama എന്ന കാറ്റഗറിയിൽ പോലും സിനിമയെ പെടുത്താൻ കഴിയില്ല.. വളരെ ത്രില്ലിംഗ് ആയ മോമൻ്റുകളും രോമാഞ്ചം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന സീനുകളും ഫൈറ്റും ഒക്കെ ആയി ഒരു പക്കാ commercial രീതിയിൽ തന്നെയാണ് സിനിമ കഥ പറഞ്ഞു പോകുന്നത്. യവനിക മുതൽ ഇരുപതിലേറെ പോലീസ് വേഷങ്ങൾ കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്ത മമ്മൂക്കയുടെ ഒന്നുമായും ഒരു ഷാഡോ പോലും അടിക്കാത്ത രീതിയിൽ ഫ്രഷ് ആയി ചെയ്തു വച്ച ക്യാരക്ടർ.. ശരിക്കും അത്ഭുതം തന്നെ തോന്നിയിരുന്നു ഓരോ മാനറിസത്തിൽ വരെ.. പിന്നെ അസീസ് , റോണി, ശബരീശ് തുടങ്ങിയവരുടെ ക്ലീൻ സപ്പോർട്ടിങ്ങ് റോൾസും.. ആദ്യ സിനിമ എന്ന് യാതൊരു രീതിയിലും തോന്നിക്കാത്ത വിധം ആയിരുന്നു റോബി രാജ് എന്ന സംവിധായകൻ സിനിമ മേക്ക് ചെയ്തിരുന്നത്.. ഒരു real incident എല്ലാ ഓഡിയൻസീനും work ആവുന്ന ലെവലിൽ എത്തിയതിൽ റോണി റോബി എന്നവരുടെ screenplay ക്കും നല്ലൊരു പങ്കുണ്ട്. പിന്നെ Cast n crew കണ്ടപ്പോൾ തന്നെ Sushin magics സിനിമയിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുമെന്ന് ഉറപ്പിച്ചതാണ്. music works വേണ്ടി മാസങ്ങൾ ചോദിച്ചതിൻ്റെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ Advantage സിനിമയിൽ കാണാനും ഉണ്ട്.. വളരെ predictable ആയി പോയേക്കാവുന്ന ഒരു കഥയും പശ്ചാത്തലവും എത്ര ഗംഭീരമായി ആണ് ആദി മുതൽ അവസാനം വരെ ചെയ്തു വച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.. ഈ Genre വന്ന മറ്റു പല സിനിമകൾ ആയും സാമ്യം തോന്നും എന്ന് കരുതിയിടത്ത് നിന്ന് കണ്ണൂർ സ്ക്വാഡ് ഏറ്റവും പുതിയ സിനിമാ അനുഭവം ആണ് സമ്മാനിച്ചത്.

ആദ്യ സിനിമ എന്ന് യാതൊരു രീതിയിലും തോന്നിക്കാത്ത വിധം ആയിരുന്നു റോബി രാജ് എന്ന സംവിധായകൻ സിനിമ മേക്ക് ചെയ്തിരുന്നത്.. ഒരു real incident എല്ലാ ഓഡിയൻസീനും work ആവുന്ന ലെവലിൽ എത്തിയതിൽ റോണി റോബി എന്നവരുടെ screenplay ക്കും നല്ലൊരു പങ്കുണ്ട്.
പിന്നെ Cast n crew കണ്ടപ്പോൾ തന്നെ Sushin magics സിനിമയിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുമെന്ന് ഉറപ്പിച്ചതാണ്. music works വേണ്ടി മാസങ്ങൾ ചോദിച്ചതിൻ്റെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ Advantage സിനിമയിൽ കാണാനും ഉണ്ട്.. Music കൊണ്ട് സിനിമ മറ്റൊരു ലെവലിലേക്ക് എത്തുകയായിരുന്നു..
