I haven’t bought cards since the 90s. I still have all my cards. I remember getting the Sandman cards with the holo disc cards.

I have never seen cards so thick, they should be really durable. And the foil is used effectively to enhance the image (the green foil is beautiful). I'm not a card collector but these have interesting subsets and are very well produced.

MY FAVE CARD WAS THE GAMBIT AND WOLVIE REMINDS ME OF MY MARVEL MASTERPIECES CARD SET BUT I STILL LIKED THE NICK FURY SPIDY AND THE MODOK CARD WAS BADASS.
Cartoon Cells are huge value. They are actually a part of cartoon. Huge collector items

You should see the gold medallions they are nice and very popular with collectors. There is also a coin card that is in this set. Goto spidey hits channel and he has opened up quite a few boxes of these on camera. Also older sets you both would enjoy, such as Marvel Metal cards. Great job on the videos and eagerly awaiting more marvel card content.

As soon as you pulled that sapphire medallion I shouted out loud. Huge money card. Some, like the Iron Man and Thanos sapphires, are listed on eBay at the moment for $1800-$2000. Sick card.
I really like this set but would have preferred the base set to not have the foil slashes across the background - it takes away from the backgrounds that the artists worked so hard on. I would have preferred the colored foil slashes only on the parallels of the base cards. (Just my humble opinion). Thanks for showing the unboxing.
Card companies have lost their minds since covid hit. $400 for a box of comic cards. The cost of sports cards is what got me out of that hobby.

Used to love getting cards back in the 90s. Today's prices keep me away from card collecting. Plus a lot of time the art is nothing but recycled from images in comics. Original art is much more impressive when card collecting. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, those cards are something I'd want in my collection! I wonder how they would be stored. Thick pockets, in a binder? How are youse guys gonna store 'em?
They are most likely 100 point They actually make penny sleeve, top loader and one touch for up too I think 320 point so they store and display the same as a 20 point

Yes pt. references the thickness most standard cards are 20.-35. Premium cards usually print on a thicker stock generally starting with 59. up too 130.
You guys had another blue parallel in the greatest battles sub-set. Decent box. The sapphire medallion is really nice
