That last point on just getting started really helped me a lot. You literally described what I did, looking at as many guides as possible, reading a book a day, etc. Thanks for this video!

Thank you, Alex, for these amazing tips!
I’m taking them to heart (and I made sure do add copy babies, I want to keep my human babies alive) and I’ll put them into action.
I haven’t started prospecting yet, but after some consideration, I just decided it would make sense to start in January and I have to admit I’m scared… but also super excited.

in 2:40 you said that we need to read the copy out loud, what if I'm not that fluent in English to know how it does correctly sound
and in 6:20 "once you've gone through a guide or two you've read a book or two start prospecting you're going to get better and you're going to get better a lot more quickly" what if I messed up to the point that I being sued?

You need to become more adept at English to get further along as an English language copywriter. It's ok if English is your second language, but you still need to be fluent enough.
And, in all likelihood, nobody is going to sue you if you screw up. They just won't pay you or won't hire you again

I want to start prospecting, but only have one spec piece.
I'm new to this and want to make money as quickly as possible
    So my questions are:
Should I just pitch clients without having written more than one spec?
    How necessary are specs?

I have written a sales page copy for Dyson is there any way that I can send it to you privately, and can you just give me a one-word answer at least if it is good. I learned from Alex Cattoni amazing copywriter and I think my copy is actually good. where can I send you the docs link privately?

“Get used to killing your baby”.
    🤨💀WHAT😭😭that was quite the metaphor

Your copy is the baby in this metaphor. The lawyers of Copy That! would like to make it clear that we do not condone nor encourage infanticide.

I suffer from overediting. Constantly editing as I go.
