I got a rear main seal leak 🙁 what I did before checking for oil leak is, I degressed the engine then I checked for oil and rear main seal leaked. Oh well kinda normal for its age. #sr20arelife
I just did a total timing chain and guides so the only leaks I am dealing with now is probably the valve covers. I put new ones on but still seems to be leaking. It took me two days to fix my guides. That cover is a bitch job.

You have no rust under there, 4-5 hours tops for the first time around on these cars, you can do it!

Kevin Tafoya yeah these engines are getting old, its not worth the hassle to fix a small leak.

I would be thrilled to know it's only the valve cover gasket. Unfortunately it wasn't. I need to do this.

Sounds like have the same issue on my civic. Changed my valve cover gadget, circular plus and oil pan gasket and it's still leaking.
