Honestly. That's what I don't think allot of people realize. The dude is 6'3 215 lbs and is easily the most versatile safety in the league. He isn't even really just a safety. He's a S, CB and a LB. He plays safety, comes down and covers slot receivers 1v1 man and also gets in the box and plays LB. He does them all extremely well too. What other safety is asked to do that? Lol

Forgot name of the arcade game with fast tech robots playing football but DJames is much like them of being s futuristic skills of jus taking over of opposing player. Only guy in NFL that gave Waller from Raiders a very hard time along with Kelce that hot dog clown,lol. DJames is the profile of elite Pro Safety. Really, the past greats like Ronnie Lott, STaylor, RHarrison ect, don't seem to match DJames presence alone of others on field. A man among boys is what we see when he out there.

Don't forget JC Jackson on the outside, on paper the Chargers have a top 5 defense if they can get build chemistry they'll have the most dangerous defense in the AFC at the very least.
