Voice of Krohnen here! I just wanna say that this being a part of this project was some of the most fun I've had in years, let alone for voice acting. Recording for this ending was easily my favorite part of the fandub. I can't exactly put it into words, but reading my lines for this ending felt like a perfect sendoff to my lines for this dub. Not to say that this is the last you'll see of Krohnen in this dub, there's still the bonus endings and the actual test mod itself (all of which I've long since recorded all of my lines for), but the last line "let's see where the road takes us" really stood out to me. To add context, I've done va work before, but a lot of it was either cancelled projects or WIPs. There are at least a couple of dubs that you can find on TH-cam, and I've even done previous work for STF in the Kingdom Hearts manga dub on the main channel (I voice Pluto in a few panels), but I took a long break from it until this KOF XV dub (finishing college and growing my main channel (this one) were a big reasons why I stopped). Plus, this project was the first time I've ever actually interacted with all sorts of amazing VAs. All of this gave desire to go out and audition for more va roles like I used to be able to, even if it's just gonna be more of a side hobby. Hopefully, you'll get to hear my voice in other projects in and/or outside of STF. It's been making feel really happy and excited during a time where I'm currently not feeling as glad. All of this sounds corny as f, I know, but this is just been how I've felt for the past few months. Either way, let's see where the road takes us. ;) -Jonathan Frostathan
Let's hear it for Team Khronen Story Ending!! Everyone did such an incredible job on this mod and I swear that everyone's VA has been so impressive with the emotions conveyed by their characters and seamless video to suit the conversations--Hurrah Team!! It's been an enjoyable ride!
Coming back to these after looking into some of the KOF lore. Knowing what I know now, I like this ending a whole lot more. Knowing the history behind these characters and their relationships to one another made this weirdly kinda heartwarming to me for some reason (not to mention I'm really impressed with how SNK basically did an almost complete redesign of K9999 while still keeping true to his original character). Very interesting and very well acted! Great jobs all around.

Honestly, if Nameless becomes canon in the next KOF game, I really bet that he'll be like the "superior version" of Krohnen/K9999. Kinda the same but a bit different moveset to compare the two, but since Krohnen was rebellious with Angel, I'm assuming Nameless(still very loyal to NESTS and not rebellious) will be tasking with assassinating NESTS Traitors. One of them, is Krohnen and Angel.
Is kinda cute that K9999/Krohnen redeem himself for giving kula the prize money for what he did in kof 2001... Lets say Krohnen is like Kind Big Brother figure for Kula who give allowance and Angel is like the Annoying Big Sister....

Krohnen sounds oddly like Raiden from MGR. Can someone make that one Raiden punching Armstrong meme but replace Raiden with Krohnen and Armstrong with Igniz?
That is pretty close to what I was going for. I was actually using some Robin Atkin Downes's Travis Touchdown for the most part, but I do use similar techniques for when I try a Raiden/Quinton Flynn voice.
