@@nijamkaj depends on what you currently have . To be honest there are better speakers in the market at higher prices. I replaced my standard door speakers with these and they sounded great. BUT in order to get the best sound I needed an amplifier and had to sound deaden my doors to get some decent bass . I eventually ended up melting the tweeters as the amplifier I used was too powerfull but the speaker itself still works
So the plus and min cables, are the only ones you connect on the crossover, for tweeter and speaker. But what do you do with the cable that goes to the fabric tweeter? Just leave them unplugged? I want to do this without amp also, because i have only one amp in the for the sub in my trunk. But then i need to connect a smaller amp on the amp i allready have, and i do that when i find some good info on how to connect a second one
Yes you leave those unconnected because this crossover has built in wires towards the speakers and tweeters. If you have crossover where you can connect the wires you can use the fab wires but you have to cut the connectors or somehow reuse the connectors. I have built in amp in my sub but it has option to connect wires to the speakers i dont how that will improve the sound. Keep in mind that these speakers dont sound very good without amp, you dont get their full potential
@@adnansgarage oke thanks! And if i want to built in a second amp, do i start also with a second plus cable on the battery and second remote from the radio? Or do i bridge it from the cables i allready have for my subwoofer in the back? And what is the name of the song in your vid haha?
Hello, I'm thinking about buying some speakers for my Golf 4, I saw these Hertz for €90 in Portugal, is there anything better for the price? I also have doubts about which radio to buy, 1Din or 2Din, do you recommend any?
hi thanks for the comment. i would say these speakers will work nice if you have an amplifier otherwise they sound almost as good as the original. set a budget and ask the seller, they have pretty good idea
Thanks for the comment. Please subscribe the channel I wish all the bass is from speakers. I have subwoofer with built in amplifier. I will connect the speakers to the amplifier to make them sound better
Hi! Your video helped a lot, but I would have one more question. I want to install 4 speakers forward two back(door) two, can I connect the back two to the white black wire? and which is the positive and negative? Thank you the video!
You mean to the black and white wires going to the tweeter? No back door speakers have separate wires coming from the stereo. With standard golf mk4 you dont have rear speakers and no cables so you have to fix the new wiring from stereo to back door
@@adnansgarage it bangs nice, but i usually, hook the speakers @2ohm and combine with an amplifier which deliver enought power to feed it. By the way, nice work and nice sound.
@@adnansgarage thx,i have the same speakers, will install them in this weekend in an Opel Astra j Sedan.i just hope they don t sound bad because of the stock media player...

What did you use to mount the speaker spacers to the door? Because you can’t rivet them in place? Did you use riv nuts? If so what size
No i didnt use rivets. I have used simple bolts with locking thread nuts
Awesome Upload bro 👍😍💯
Thanks

There is subwoofer in the back

You don't have to cut wire cause there is adapter to new speakers to buy
Ok
No amplifier? Head Unit runs speakers only?
Yes unfortunately for now it is like that

Where can I get the spacer for the speakers?
hard to answer that. depend upon where you live
Where can I buy this "spacers "?
which country are you living in?
Does it sound a lot better and louder?
Not really since i didn't add Amplifier and later i found that if you have subwoofer in the back you shouldn't put these kind of speakers on the front
you have amplifier on those speakers?
No

I ordered it from the car stereo specialist website. Not difficult to find

Has That Good Bass ?
Without amplifier it wasnt very impressive
Hello.
The set sounds very nice, but there are a lot of high-frequency sounds! What can be the solution to cutting?
I do not know man
adjusting music with EQ if your head unit has it
High-pass filter on your amp will solve this
hmmm... so the woofer has a basic crossover....
You shouldn't of cut the wires. You could of reused the original connector
ya maybe
Song name?

That’s component speaker not mid bass.

The components are made of mid bass and tweeter and crossover
