Ok. That's more like it. Beautiful house. Feels like a Blue Heron house at $6 m +. Just watched the one on the 1.3 acre lot you did the other day. This house has all the things that one didn't. Similar size and layout, but so much more character. 2nd island in kitchen. Better recessed lighting. Fireplace. Pretty backsplash. Built in counter outlets. 2 dishwashers. Wine room. Elevator. Automated pocket doors. Drastically improved primary suite/bath. Actually has the full biophylic design unlike the other. All the things you expect at 6 mill. Not even mentioning the beautiful backyard and view. Nice job.
Very nice home, I could never get tired of that view. Is it just me, or the camera? The motor courts on all these new homes with 90 degree grades appear to be really cramped. Could you pull a full-size SUV out of the garages without a 10 point turn?
Some of their floor plans such as the Apex have the garages facing directly towards the street and will not require turns. For the Zenith, I'm not sure if a full-sized SUV requires a 10-point turn as I haven't had the opportunity to try it.
Blue Heron currently has the Oculus and Drift for sale at $6.3M and $8.9M. Those two can be bought on the spot. Most of their other show homes requires a leaseback as they need a show home for their communities.

That sounds amazing. I would imagine people rushing to buy homes in the Cayman Islands for that price.

Yes, this home will come fully furnished!
Some of the landscaping looks cheap , but the house is great.
I believe with that price point…the appliances should be by wolf,subzero, miele or gaggenau

I like the other one better this looks cheesy in my opinion I don’t like wall papers I go for subzero and wolf appliances and a huge backyard

Blue Heron has got to stop with the black tile on the pools. The calcium buildup makes it look awful.
Blue Heron does tend to lean heavily on darker colored pool bottoms and tiling.
