Thanks Gerhard for a really great video. My family lived in Warner Beach from 1957 through 1980's. Steam trains, Boswell Wilke Circus visiting every so often, and a lovely camping site just behind the old railway station. Of course, excellent fishing from the rocks. I passed through Warner Beach and 'Toti again from my residence in Costa Rica (after many years) back in 2020. Regrettably, it was very hard to recognise many of my old favorite haunts - but that is what happens I suppose when you try to recreate wonderful memories of a by-gone era! Thanks again.
Thank you, Gerhard, for the virtual drive- I visited Amanzimtoti and Warner Beach in particular and drove those roads every day for a month back in 2016 while I was visiting there with my girlfriend at the time and it brought back a lot of happy memories of my time there and the adventures of travelling to South Africa and the beautiful countryside and ocean. It was fun to be reminded of my visit there - Cheers:o) 😊
From the words of the songs : ""What a wonderful World, I'm not here. Have you ever seen a Million Dreams, I'm not here"". Thanks for the drive through.
Aaaaahhhhh man, this has brought back so many wonderful memories. Been gone 14 years and still miss this area ! Thank you DroneDad ! I cant wait to show this to my daughter and granddaughter .... it'll be the closest my granddaughter will ever get to seeing where her mommy and granny grew up and lived most of our lives.
Amazing, as an ex-pat, this takes me right back. One day someone will do the Toti to Scottburgh or Toti to Durban route then I'll have all my morning commutes to be nostalgic over.
Thanks man, this has taken me back from the start of your video past my old place of work (Toti Fire) all through out the drive. Great video and soundtracks were good.
Glad you liked it. I used my DJI Osmo Action camera attached to the bonnet of my car. I'll do a 360° update in the future someday. Thank you for watching. 🤙

I would love to live in toti.
It must have been on a Sunday afternoon, there is virtually no traffic. Notice how clean our town is.
This was shot last year during our 1st hard lockdown.
