If it wasn't for watching Rip's videos my squat and bench would never ger better. In just the last 3wks I've made more progress on squats that I did when I first did them in my 40's almost 12yrs ago. Haven't done them since until I started back doing his 5x5. By end of Dec I should be back to the mid 300's
