Oracle only enhances the *wearer's* hp regeneration and shield effects, so that means *LAYLA* should be the one using *Oracle* not *ANGELA.* But considering many Junglers, they don't use oracle because it might cause their damage to lack, and it only benefits to fighter/tank junglers that have spell vamp/lifesteal/shield and high HP.

I've seen people do this a couple of times. Oracle doesn't boost the heal or shield that's given but it boosts the heal or shield received instead

Dear viewers, the one wearing Oracle is Layla. Oracle increases INCOMING heals an shields, not OUTGOING heals and shields. Only the wearer of Oracle cam benefit from it.

There's a reason why it is Esmeralda's core item not supports' item. You can't see one damn professional player who plays on international tournaments that builds oracle on Angela.

Зелёный камень не помню название даёт 100 + 35 доп маг силы, а крылья (последнее в видео) даёт 175 силы, и если маг сила не выше 215,то лучше брать крылья, чем камень
я всегда так ангелу собирала и мне постоянно писали ГДЕ АНТИХИЛ БОМЖАРА

Not recomend, moonton write oracle pasif wrong, the pasif give heal but for the user not for the team, if you want use for heal all your team should buy oracle too not just the healer
If you healer and want big heal buy magic item that cna help the team like enchanted talisman, fleeting time, NOD or ice queen wand and flask of oasis, that all item will help the team they will give reduce healing, cooldown reset and slow
Item like blood wings and holy crytal can to but the item dont help much, i know they give big magic power but you work is to support the team not to give big magic damage
You can use oracle or immortal if you dont want die so fast
