I do the same chocolate oatmeal with pb2 powder. Sometimes I add dried cranberries and walnuts too! Yum!!

Love the smashed potato idea! Regarding breakfast - I mix cocoa with sugar (you can use monk sugar). Then I sprinkle quite a bit on any creamy hot cereal. It's good.

I think I will make some oatmeal too. I like the quick version of steel cut oats and I use swerve for a sweetener but also have a liquid Splenda zero. Maybe I will do that. I just steam boiled some eggs. I’m reminded of what my Pilates teacher says: try on your bathing suit now. Maybe I won’t do that but maybe shorts so I will be inspired to eat healthier now FOR the spring that is actually right around the corner. You guys all saw how quick Christmas came after Halloween! Lol oo getting further into the video, those potatoes with garlic and rosemary would be delicious.

NO!! 😆 I grew up in the '70s!! We ate Hamburger Helper and drank Kool-Aid! I really started eating healthy about 15 years ago when I quit smoking.
