    TY,
    Definitely, that is important. I talk to community members all the time & they inform ME about the issues & even the strengths. I'm thankful they don't just sit around complaining all the time. We definitely talk about tough issues & still laugh alot because they the issues won't be resolved overnight nor by enabling anyone..
    Then, I go seek where the resources are, what do they provide, who are they accessibility to & requirements & how can the most people utilize that resource.
    I did the same when I used to teach overseas to ensure that when I left, the programs could still work effectively & efficiently in my absence.
    Planning & Solution Focused leads to results.
    Identify the problem, roots, Courses of actions to resolve it.
    When a community has the support & Resources that they need, they can be be effective in supporting each other & leads to a stronger healthy community & environment.
