Your stainless steel fridge is likely rusting because of the salty air from living by the sea. Salt in the air settles on surfaces and speeds up corrosion, even on stainless steel. Also, I once noticed your hygrometer showed over 70% humidity in your apartment, which makes it even worse by keeping moisture on the surface. You might want to wipe it down regularly and use a protective coating to prevent further rust. 💁♀️ the fish looks delicious. Coco is so precious 🫶🏼🐶
Thank you so much for your advice. It's true things get rusty when you live beside the seas. My fridge got rusty before we moved to this apartment. We used to live far away from the sea. Seems the stainless steel was not pure.

Your fridge looks amazing!! I tend to do the same thing (frequently), ignore a problem around the house that is bothering me, finally figure out how to fix it and then I’m irritated with myself for ignoring it for so long after seeing the result 😂. Coco est très beau, cest étonnant quil nest pas eu peur des feux d'artifices. Les illuminations sont jolies, merci pour ce partage. La recette du gâteau aux cerises est facile et il n'y a pas beaucoup d'ingrédients, à essayer un de ces jours.

Dear Kiyoki, thank you for your delicious recipes (which I am copying). Congratulations for your fridge: like new! Tao really likes Coco's haircut (he sends her trembling hearts 😻). I saw in a video that it was better to "set goals" rather than make resolutions (which tend to fade over time). I also like a simple life but with everything that is happening in the world, it is not easy to stay zen. I also have this little strong voice in my head that won’t leave me alone. I practiced and taught “zazen” (Japanese Buddhist meditation) for several years. And when my little voice is too talkative, i sit for a while on my zafu and relax. Then everything's returns to his right place. That’s why i love everything Japanese so much! See You soon, have a nice week with your husband and cute Coco.🌹

Wow, it's amazing you do Zazen!! I don't do formal Zen, but when I feel I'm not in the right place, I sit somewhere I can be by myself and just be quiet for a while. I guess it's a kind of Zen? It's very helpful for me.

Dear Kiyoki, thank you for your reply! It gives me great joy! All forms of meditation are excellents 👍and yours videos are a form of meditation. Zazen changed my life! (I lived for several years in Buddhist zen temples)but i'm retired since 2017. Zazen is practised more in France then in Japan. There are a lot of zen temples here and i love all the arts derived from zen : ikebana, chado, sumi-e, haïku...I'll will leave you to it as i don't want to be too intrusive. Best regards.

Sénior "âge avancé" 75 ans dans quelques jours, depuis quelques années j'entretiens mon chez moi avec bicarbonate de soude aussi (efficace sur les tâches de tissus ameublement), mélangé à du vinaigre blanc pour la cuvette des toilettes...
Du jus de citron pour nettoyer mes planches à découper en cuisine...
Vinaigre blanc pour l'intérieur du frigo...
Le savon noir est excellent pour les sols...

The refrigerator may be rusting because the humidity is too high and the stainless steel is not pure, meaning it contains too much iron. A stainless steel cleaner with an oil base can help, as we all know oil and moisture do not mix. So I think this would make rusting less likely.
