I hope there is an achievement for getting all the style bonuses in the future. It seems like it would be a fun way to encourage players to mess around
Things like + OUT OF BOUNDS or + SCRONGLED and its siblings might be a bit too harsh to get not gonna lie... Without cheats at least. Even more so for + why are you even spawning enemies here. If those ever get removed or more consistent I'd absolutely be behind it though.
I love how super specific each style bonus had gotten, like you can’t even get enemies to die by the falling clocktower cause the only enemies you meet are the enemies that activate the destruction sequence.

Since you can just walk around the level freely, you can trigger other enemy's to spawn and then lead them to where the tower falls, as I'm pretty sure you only need to kill orenstien and smough (+ the second guttertanks on the chess board there, lets just call em super smough) to make the tower fall

@@somebodyoncetoldmetheworldisgo just tested it, you have to be technically riding the rocket, but still have the rocket frozen, just sitting on top of it. without unfreezing and flying towards the guttertank, you'll only get rocket return.
I just discovered another one: Guttertanks when whiffing a punch and falling to the ground (new patch) will take a small, and I mean VERY small amount of damage. If they somehow die to this, you get "+Slipped". God I love Hakita's work.
+boiled probably refrences the fact that the punishment in the first circle of violence in dante's inferno is a boiling river of blood that contains those that have commited violence on others. However, in dante's inferno, the environment is the complete opposite of what we see in 7-2.
Well there is a river of blood in 7-2. You need to hop over it and avoid the landmines since the bridge collapsed. It could be that that's the river and the rest of 7-2 was built around it by the sinners sent there before V1 arrived.

I posed an explanation: that the huge number of sinners sent to Violence during the Final War (and before that) could have built up that landscape we see in 7-2, hence the radical differences.

New addition: +SLIPPED. Added in the latest patch that makes Guttertanks slip when they fail to hit with thier melee and do a little bit of damage to themselves, including fatal damage

It can also be done by sticking a nail magnet onto them and then freezing and unfreezing their rockets (I don't think the freezing part is required, but it makes rockets turn around instantly so they hit more consistently. Also makes it easier to get +ROUND TRIP.)
You know, the mines remind me of the Hoppers from Half-Life 2. Even the Hoppers jump and explode when you get too close, and they also have similar designs. I’m thinking the mines are a reference to the Hoppers.
Every time I try to ride a Guttertank's rocket, it just explodes in my face, what am I doing wrong? Edit: For anyone else having trouble, you need to ground slam into the rocket or it wont work.
@@CricetoFunni I've noticed they'll go off on themselves if you freeze the rocket and they walk into it. Could be that. Or a sorta plausible-ish bug maybe is that somehow a rocket's proximity to them and yourself makes the rocket prioritize detonation rather than landing on it. Could also just be that their rockets will detonate even when frozen if you touch it in any way that doesn't cause you to mount, just like how our rockets detonate on enemies even when frozen, and we're just not used to it because we can't make our own rockets hit ourselves (directly anyway)
@@Red_Bastion I don't think it's the Guttertank walking into it that's detonating it, even if I go into sandbox and delete the Guttertank right after he fires the rocket, it still explodes when I touch it. And I don't think it's because I'm not mounting it the right way, I tried noclipping and falling EXACTLY on top of the rocket and it still just blew up. Either this is some weird rare bug or I'm just doing something fundamentally wrong. Edit: Turns out that you need to ground slam into the rocket or it won't work.
I forgot:
Roadkill (kill enemy on 7-1 train tracks)
Trampled (enemy gets killed by minotaur running over them)
If you are fast enough following the minotaur you can get the malicious head in the next room to spawn and get Trampled which is quite cool
you also forgot +SLIPPED
when a Guttertank misses a punch it does very miniscule damage, if it dies from falling you get +SLIPPED

Important fact: You must be flying near Benjamin until it explodes, don't touch the "3-2-1" script

Maybe permit using cheats for those outlandish or outright impossible without cheating (like the +why are you spawning enemies here) bonuses.

I didn't realize you can freeze guttertank rockets
The reason is because the Guttertank's rockets use outdated technology, so the Freezeframe is able to affect them or something.
How do you do rocket return consistently? I just grab the rocket instead.
Some of these are insane. How would you get MAD or For Thee when you have to defeat all the enemies in order to cause these events.
MAD includes the earthmover itself, and also V1!
