Amazing build, as always. I am loving this pack, but I agree with you about the dining table. It would have been nice to get a big Farmhouse table and another big round table that is more suitable for this style. I have found that there were a fwe things I wish cam in build buy and they didn't. However, I am not going to complain, the stuff we did get is stunning!
I would like to put this on that empty lot in Henley...it is lovely. Maybe too many hallways for an English build, as those Brits wanted to use EVERY bit of space whether for another WC or storage room, or for the traditional "box room".
I'd loooove to see a pianist's apartment! I had a neighbor with a grand piano in their tiny apartment and it was so lovely to hear him play all the time.

I am in love with this build, the landscaping is absolutely beautiful, I love the modern extension, it is different but I like it. I agree with the dining tables, we need a full big dining tables so that we are able to make the older english homes. But overall amazing build as alway, literally no words. ❤🤐
I just got out of the eye doctor and my vision is so blurry from dilation, that I’m not even sure I am typing right, but when there is a MissSimReno video to watch, I watch it lol
I would also call it an estate home. It could also be called a Manor House or country house I believe. They’re quite common these days surprisingly, considering in history they were reserved for the most wealthiest of people
I’m English and that is absolutely beautiful the only one question I would have is that do we have bay windows on the top I would say probably probably them more on the first floor. But thank you Miss Reno I’m loving the English builds x
if I may offer you a tip: the more plants you place (the more objects, in general) on a lot, the slower the game will run. It causes lag, stuttering, and sometimes even crashes. Not everyone has a top of the line computer to run this game. Maybe try to balance between "looks pretty" and game performance/play-ability ? Thx. Awesome build, btw

Most people are building farm cottages, which makes sense for the pack don't get me wrong, but I have yet to see a more traditional American farmhouse build using a lot of this expansion packs items. I would love if you would consider that at some point!
idk if its just me watching alot of horror movies but this place looks like you get invited there as a guest of some sort but something aint right with the youngest child and the butler knows but the parents don't. Or you end up working as a nanny and the child ends up being a doll... Idk might just be me.
Pretty great, but, its a big house, with lots of plats and things that needs constant maintenance, you definitely need maids or buttlers, and you didn't add any rooms for they, just my honest opinion, hope you didn't take it in a bad way.

I found out, that if you place the wall mounted tv on the wall in front of the skinny fireplace, it’ll look like the tv is ON the fireplace 😊❤️
