Lol you beat me too it I was talking about this method in my previous videos because I had a bricked Ultra. And I just posted 2 videos on this today then I saw your video was suggested to me as I was posting the videos I did. this is crazy. 😂 OMG!
Great job again, love your content and glad you did it. Still need to make the research to connect to that nand without removing from the board, I know it easy for you to remove but not for everyone
OK. I downloaded the memory file using an external programmer. I programmed the damaged one and resoldered it. Everything is OK. The MAC address has changed to the address from the donor's file. Does anyone know where to find it in the file and edit it to the factory one (from the damaged mainer?) I couldn't find it.
@@crypto440 so I found it then too. There are two "ethadr" addresses. However, changing the basic one does nothing. The miner returns to address number 2 (universal). Changing both has the effect that the miner changes part of the address. (Probably the checksum doesn't match). The problem is that each subsequent software change returns the address to the universal one and overwrites it. The problem is still there. I left it
If you need the firmware email me. Also I have the pre programed chips on ebay www.ebay.com/itm/285998330952
apakah bisa kirim ke indonesia?
Thank you!

This is s good info and helpful for the community of people who have iceriver miners,. 👍👍👍
this is epic we need this
Well done

That unpopulated header by the NAND seems intriguing to me.
There are also a few testpoints so I'd bet it is possible to just read the chip on board.

@Dobraku I'm working on it but I'm slow. I'm assuming you need it for overclock?
I found where it's written using hex editor if your still interested.

Hi friend, I love your video 😍😍, I have a question, what name of programmer tool you use? T48 or another?
Quick question, how are you able to solder all of the pins so fast without the connections bridging ?
Flux is your friend. Flux is the answer
@@crypto440 thanks friend. Love your channel
Cool 😎✅.
What temp for soldering?
Can i read a chip that has the OC software on it? .... and can i use that chip ?
Also link to soldering kit?
also whats the program used
Can you link all of the tools used please?
What temp for solder iron
Every soldering iron is different. I can't really give a good answer to that. Other than hot enough to melt the solder. 😀
@@crypto440 just ordered your chip on ebay. I broke a pin :(
just curious, do i have to worry about the temp when melting the solder ? could i possibly damage the pins?
Also there is a OC programmer from TSWIFT that says he can remote in and fix my bricked KS0 Ultra. Do you know if this is legit?
could you please upload the firmware to a shared drive and share the link so that way we dont have to take 2 KS0s apart please.
Please send me the firmware.
Have you emailed me?
@@crypto440 what’s your email ???
@@crypto440 just emailed you 🙂
