Right on Mark. Just some harp banter - I switched from Lee Oskars over to Seydels in January 2020. The Oskars were good harps for many years, but those brass reeds went flat after a dozen or so gigs. I have changed the reeds in my workhorse Oskars at least three times in the last two years - A, C & D of course. Seydel reeds are stainless steel. So far so good. They are almost twice as expensive as Oskars, but they have fantastic tone and so far are pretty tough. Just sharing my experience. Cheers mate.
Cheers. It's true, the brass reeds fatigue fairly quickly. I check & re-tune before each gig, but eventually the reed plates have to be replaced. I guess I'm stuck in my ways, but hey, I might just try out a Seydel. Thanks for the tip.
