This is a Grate show with Ron n Keith thank you so much Okie. What a treat, I'm really star.ting to become accustom to these late night shows. I don't know how I lived without them LOL. Thanks again Okie GRATEFUL FROM THE TOP OF MY HEART. 🤪😎✌🌈🌌✨😯💨💨💨🐻💀👏👏👏WAAAAAAHOOOOOOO!!!
🔝JIMMY Hey man I thought the same thing about 🐷,Dude OKIE is like 🎅,He knows we are AWAKE....good thing he don’t care if we are bad or good .... boogie on for GRATE-ness sakes ✌️
Billy K never gets enough credit for his great locomotive drumming that's so evident in Playin' in the Band for example. Also great vocal by Pigpen in Mr Charlie; one of the all time great blues vocalists .
Sweet recording!! Can't wait to hear it all but right now I'll just get a couple of tunes, and off to dreamland!!🥱Love listening to the Good Music! Love ❤️ from Canada 🇨🇦👍😊🎶🎵🎶🥶👌🥳‼️
Good day brother excellent show last night. You noticed the flip on a really old saying. Why do people always say bottom, that came to me about 10 years ago or so. Have a Grateful weekend, I'm sure we will converse later. Peace my brother 😯💨💨💨🌈🐻💀✌✨😎

That was their tour and road manager at the time, Sam Cutler. Sam was the Stones tour manager during the U.S.tour that ended at Altamont and met the Dead around then, becoming friends with Jerry
@@donnicholas7552 If you want to hear more tales from Cutler, he's interviewed on the Long Strange Trip documentary and the recent Good Ol' Grateful Deadcast.
Date is actually Dec. 2, 1971, the second of two nights at BMM. But that's just fine, because I've only heard the night before. These shows marked Pigpen's return to the band after a few months absence
yeah you guys settle down..{TEACHER CLAP 3 TIMES}..............always good to know whos in the band,,,,and PHIL,,dont look now something smoking in your hand ...no stone slung,,, salt and powder now check that out Alligator juice cures the Buses whine...add a little Sugar she might just seize up tight.. leave me up in the seat ALL NIGHT LONG
What a fun show. Interesting twists and interpretations on some of the songs like Playin', NFA, GTRFB etc. The band sounds loose and tight at the same time. They had to adjust their approach a bit I would assume because of the sudden presence of two keyboard players. Gotta wonder how this affected Pig with his alcoholism and. Depression. His songs were still his songs and he was in charge on those, but technically his keyboard talents are nowhere near Keith's ability. You hear him in the first set, but in the second set he's pretty well left behind, and I think Keith even stepped back a bit out of respect to Pig
THANK YOU OKIE !!!!!! My mom was at EVERY show they played here !!!! HAPPY TIMES.... Forever Grateful !!!!!!!
