Compassionate or अनुकम्पा Jobs.
Regular job is given in case of:-
A) Railway servants lose their lives in the course of duty or get so crippled that they cannot do any work.
B) Railway employees die while in service.
C) Employee’s whereabouts are not known for a period of seven years. It can be relaxed to three years with GM permission.
D) Railway employees become crippled while in service or develop serious ailments like heart disease, cancer, etc. and no medically decategorised alternative job of the same emoluments can be offered to them.
E) A railway servant who is medically incapacitated.

Mere Papa railway me ASI ke post pr hain 17 October 2023 se sick leave par chal rahe hain.. Railway doctor ne kaha ki wo khud application likh kar denge tabhi krne ka earliest time limit nhi pata hai sir, 1 mahine sick me kr sakte ya 2 mahine ke sick hone pr ya 3,4 mahine ki sick leave hone ke baad kr sakte hain.. Please sir iska kuch sahi sahi jawab bta dijiye..

You can get job in lieu of your father after railway doctor certifies that father is medically unfit.
It takes 6 months for compassionate appointment to clear if documents are ok.
